NOED Complaints
I have seen so many players complain about No one escapes death, saying it's toxic, a terrible perk and needs to be removed from the game.
In my opinion I think noed is a good perk. It helps out new players that start playing dbd and if killer doesn't do too well during game they can turn it around and make a comeback. Also if you complain to killers about noed you have to remember that it's your fault they used it because you didn't do totems

Being in higher ranks, I hardly see any killers use NOED. I'm guessing 1 out of every 15-20 matches? And I play everyday for a few hours. NOED's not even an OP perk and is completely avoidable. It's the games way of punishing the survivor for not cleansing totems and being Gen jockeys. Yes it can "aid" bad killers, but NOED can also be used for endgame setup.
Claiming NOED is bad is like claiming Rancor, DH, IM, MYC, etc are also bad. No one likes to be insta-downed but it's the price you pay for being risky and not being methodical.

Except while making her argument she managed to refute it herself.

I've never had any good luck using it. Mostly because when it's popped, I'm either A) already chasing a survivor I injured or B) can't find any survivors quickly enough and/or hit them quick enough to use it.

I'm still in a sleepy blur...how did she refute it? I'll try to find it again...but sleepy blur...

Did we really need another thread on this? This horse has been all but powderized at this point.
Yes, NOED is not toxic, at least in the current definition of the word.
Yes, NOED is a punishment for gen rushing and ignoring totems.
Survivors who complain about NOED are 4heads who are either are too lazy to do bones, or try to bum rush a hook while NOED is active instead of going and cleansing it.
/thread.

I'm just saying dude because I recently just seen people on the game complain about it

NOED is a gamble. I think survivors expect to see it on certain killers over others. I know they get surprised, enraged, and trash me when they see me using it on my Plague. Good times.

Damn , finally an original thread.

the best are those that complain about NOED in the same sentence they say cleansing totems was "not worth their time"... xD

I still want to see a totem counter implemented, so you at least know for sure that NOED won't activate, instead of hoping and praying that you and the other three survivors did all the totems, and so does the killer. I wouldn't mind the perk if that was the case, instead you just get hit by NOED out of nowhere because there's no realistic way to play around it when it gets to that point and the killer is near you. Either a totem counter or just have it show up as exposed the moment the last gen goes and I wouldn't mind the perk at all. That way there's at least some information given to the survivors.

All the complaints are because without ruin the gens go by so fast people had to start focusing more on the end game to be even a little effective; so they are running Noed a lot more in ruin's place. So survivors are just going to complain about this for the next long while I imagine.
Also anytime something kills a survivor once the gens are done, tilts the survivor in most cases. They feel they already escaped basically; I know because I play a lot of survivor and getting killed so close to the end always feels bad but it's part of the game, until you leave you have not escaped.
