Fixated is underrated, Fixated > UE in speed
The amount of times I've been in a chase just to BL, Lithe or Sprintburst and then fade in a corner or a structure thanks to fixated is just amazing, for me, it's the best loop and then stealth dissapear perk ever.
It takes ability to loop the killer, but to loop him, not get hit at all and then use an exhaustion perk and fixate into a void for him not to find you is a pro move.
BTW, in case you wondered, fixated is faster than UE

Fixated is very good for stealthy playa , i agree. Very good against spirit!

True! She phases and you just turn and walk the opposite way, she lost you, amazing IMO

I switched from UE to it. It is great. Use it, inner strength, detective's hunch and balanced landing.

I use Fixated, BL, Spinechill and BT or We'll gonna make it. Amazing build IMO

Why you think its underrated? its just dlc perk

Doesn't urban evasion and fixated give the same speed boost?
Aren't they like the same perk without the scratch marks.
Tho urban evasion has a worse rep than fixated because of those special players.
We all know who they are.

Fixated is much faster. The downside is you have to move while walking and you can be seen easier and then we have those pesky Hag traps too. If you are not injured at tier III, you walk 20% faster, UE tier III you creep around at 100% of walking speed...but it did seem to me at tier III I crept around a little bit faster than walking but could have just been my perception. In theory, walking and UE tier III should be the same. So fixated is a good deal faster.

Nope, fixated is faster:

I don't know about the "being spotted easier" when walking, I've had hard times against survivors hidin between thin walls whyle standing still and there has been times where I find someone crouched with their toolbox or medkit sticking out, funny AH to be honest.

I would love to use Fixated, I think it's a very good perk, but that uninjured requirement... I hate that.

Get inner strength (and maybe add detective's) and you heal in 6 seconds inside a locker. Can bring in a med kit as a crutch until that first totem.

Dosent urban evasion make you go walking speed while crouched? but fixated goes 20% faster

Exactly why the title says "In speed"

Yep, you can see the stats in the thread

Better is all a matter of how you want to play. If you want to move around the map faster to do objectives it is better plus the added bonus of seeing your scratch marks. If you want to sneak around the map more then UE is a bit better and as you pointed out works even if you are hurt.

Fixated would be decent if it wasn't for the requirement to be at full health. Plague pukes on a gen - perk gone. Legion stabs you with frenzy - perk gone. Wraith/Myers/Ghostface/Pig get the first hit using their stealth - perk gone.

This. + having a build like that helps prevent NOED which has become more prevalent since the Ruin nerf, so there's not really a downside to it.

Fixated is a great perk. But i think devs should add a HUD indicator for "No scratch marks", so we wouldnt need Fixated to exactly know when scratch marks are back.

I use fixated and UE when stealthing. Being able to get away quickly while crouching has often made the difference, even if UE doesn't get a boost from fixated.
Improving your overall movement speed without running helps big time when stealthing.

Definitely comes down to your play-style and preference.
If you love to be small and to crouch allot then UE is for you. If you love to walk around then Fixated is gonna be better for you, since you will also get the speed boost when walking.
Fixated is definitely faster, but wont work if you are injured. So its a trade off.
Personally like Fixated in combination with Sprint burst or other exhaustion perks. That way I can still create distance while charging those. Also great with Inner Strength to get your health back fast.

Tier 3 Urban feels a lot faster than walking because it basically just speeds up the animation. So your movement animation is faster than walking but the speed is the same.

If fixated worked while you were injured I'd like it more. It's still a nice perk to just throw on from time to time. The extra walking speed is a nice QoL thing.
