Harpooning and dragging downed survivors towards you

What if you could harpoon a downed survivor and drag him/her towards you with the chain as many times as you want? I mean, it would help killers who have problems at the EGC cause of DS and it would be hylarious to watch.

"I know you have DS, the gates are open, but I'm not grabbing you, COME OVER HERE!"

Or, you see someone healing your prey a bit far away, so you harpoon the downed one and pull him towards you

"Hell no! That's my prey!"

Or how about a "pallet save" prevention

"You're under a pallet? Nope, COME OVER HERE!"

That'd be pretty funny and I wouldn't mind that being a thing. It would also make him a bit better. But at the same time it would be impossible to pallet save against him.

pretty pointless tbh, if you already feel the need to prep for EGC then youre going in expecting to do bad, pallet saves are so very rare anyway and you can just bait them out for a free hit, i also dont understand why youd want to slightly drag someone who doesnt move fast and go through the reload animation which is a huge downside to him

That would be a stylishly awesome feature for that killer - drag them toward the hook or away from pallets. It would have to be hardened against exploit like continually dragging them around the map so they could not get picked up. Maybe any struggling they do counts toward their wiggle timer.
