I kinda like this, definitly would be worth a shot on the PTB. Especially the new UR would be really cool for curving.

Yeah, that’s mainly what I would implement it for, I would love to see the mid chapter update to be Bubba and Billy’s addons

I FORGOT, with how I did this, would s9meone like me to do another killer’s addons, I’m bored and I need something to do 😂

Catastrophic engravings sounds so cheesy I love it. Tuning guide just needs to be completey changed imo, removing the bump into object factor from it doesn't do anything to the addon.

Yeah I just changed carburetor tuning guide to Pink because I figured it would make it much more rare and less common for survs

They sound great in my opinion but of course, can't say for sure without testing them first. It's definitely the sort of rework I want for his addons though.

1 thing is clear. Addons which reduce the charge time of the chainsaw should be nerfed. That's the only thing about hillbilly that should be nerfed in my opinion, and you did that (you increased their rarity) so I like that.

I would've like new "crazy" addons, if you know what I mean. Addons that completely change your playstyle, like those of myers or nurse.

But I like the new pink though. Upvoted btw :)

Do bubba's add-ons or do legion's as there are quite literally useless ones for legion.

You could try something for legion as they have some literally useless add-ons now

I would just remove the point "Stacks" from all the charge add-ons. And slightly lower their effectiveness.

It'd also be interesting to add a family of add-ons that make you significantly faster, but almost impossible to turn.

Maybe there could even be an ultra-rare add-on that says that the chainsaw now damages generators. Before people go why UR, just think. Your average Billy comes hurtling through the map after a survivor, they collide into their generator and he's now applied regression and Pop Goes the Weasel. The chainsaw is already WAY faster than kicking, so having it as such a rare add-on should be reflected by this.

I agree with all but 1 speed limiter u cabt down sirvivors with ur chainsaw since it will put them in deep wound basically making ur chainsaw useless for downing

Yeah, some add-ons could use negative effects on top of what they have now

Yeah legion or nurse, I would do Bubba but I won’t because I hope for a rework in the near future

ill just focus on the ones you actually made changes to:

Gripped Boots: i like your idea

Speedlimiter: i like the BP increase, i am not really sure if the Deep Wound thing is necessary, but its a decent buff.

Death Engravings: I dont quite understand what you mean with "both add-on factors go from slightly to considerably" - cause if that considerably increases the time to charge your chainsaw, this would literally never see any play. the current effect of "slightly" is already quite a lot after all.

Carburetor Tuning Guide: you NERFED this add on AND increased its rarity to Ultra Rare?!? how is this worth being an Ultra Rare? also, how does it in any way, shape or form synergise with your second Ultra Rare?

Catastrophic Engravings - has no synergy with your first Ultra Rare. also has way too much of an downside and doesnt really allow for any unique playstyles, as Ultra Rares are supposed to. would on top of that be quite unusable for unexperienced Billy players, as they wouldnt be able to deal with his speed and literally only bump into stuff.

on top of that many of the rarity increases arent really worth being that rare without any changes to the Add On. here's which ones i think should get buffed when they get a rarity increase:

    • Grisly Chain
    • Depth Gauge Rake
    • Light Chassis

also the noise Add Ons should receive a whole rework in my opinion. there is literally no use for them, they should be changed into something entirely else - maybe the sound effect can be added as a secondary thing to other Add Ons, but them being their own is not good enough to ever see play.

as for Ultra Rares, ive got some ideas myself:

    1) an Add On that makes the chainsaw completely silent and gives the Hillbilly the Undetectable status effect after sprinting for X seconds without being interrupted

    2) an Add On that gives him full control over his chainsaw (keeping him at the 230% mms though and forcing him to dash forwards, so steering wont be super easy) but tremendously increases the penality when bumping into an object.

so basically, you want to get a long chainsaw run going to be able to get the jump on unexpecting survivors, which is possible due to the better steering the 2nd UR gives you. both would be solid choises on their own, while being very good when combined.

Some of these are great ideas, but I think he needs a game changing pink add-on

The two ultra rares do have synergy, one increases charge time but makes you move way faster, the other reduces that extended charge time. And even if they didn't synergise, so what? Plenty of killers ultra rares don't directly synergise. Pigs don't really, clowns definitely don't, legions don't really, gf's don't really. Hags directly counter each other - one makes it so you can teleport whenever, the other removes the ability to teleport.
