What are the biggest and most important problems of Survivors or Killers?

We have many discussion and complains, negative or positive feedback. To sum up, what do you think which are the most important and biggest problems for each side? I'll start:

Survivors:

  • Main objective is boring and dull, also it can be finished to easy and fast
  • Getting tunneled is unfun, especially for new players without experience or perks to counter it
  • Too strong meta perks, the gap between good and bad perks are too huge

Killers:

  • The difference between good and bad Killers are too huge
  • Too many useless offerings
  • Maps are most of the time too survivor sided
  • Better addon balancing required

What do you think about that? And what do you think are your problems?

    For survivors: Keys, generator repair speed, fix the fact that a survivor can go directly under a hooked survivor to avoid being hit.

    For killer: Buffing some of the worst killers in the game, fix the ranking system because it's ridiculous that brown ranks go against red and purple ranks. Fixing tunneling and lag switching.

    Other then that I think that certain killers and survivors should have better lores, and cosmetics that go well with their lore. And I think they should fix mori animations. Bubba and Billy chainsaw someone in half but the body stays intact.

    Lag switch is not possible anymore with the dedicated servers.

    I've heard that VPN is kind of a lag switching with extra steps.

    Survivor

    Fix the ranking system. We got red survivors that can't even hit great skill checks(thanks ruin nerf)

    Main objective is boring and can be completely quickly if the survivors choose too.

    Once all 2nd chance perks are unlocked and equipped they become op

    Killer

    Maps are too large

    Many killers lack early game pressure

    Many killers powers do not help them in a chase

    The biggest con to killers. The Devs! Going off their track record, it feels they don't play killer at red ranks. There have been patches that make me ask "What were you thinking? That's going to make things worse"

    Thinking outside the box here, I think a problem with killer is simply bloodweb and getting perks. Sure you can just hit 50 and keep going, but then you miss out on some unique cosmetics.

    And if many people share the same mindset as me, then you can have one P3 survivor main with every perk no problem. If you swap between killers frequently they're kind of stuck with the perks they had going to level 50. So I stick with these crappy perk setups and to my dismay find that the killer doesn't do too well or doesn't feel flexible enough when I'm stuck with only a handful of perks.

    Example: My totems keep getting destroyed as Demo. Don't have Thrill of the Hunt, so they keep getting destroyed. Etc.

    Bugs!

    Sound is still broken, grabs are still broken, gas station map is falling apart, etc, etc. Why are these things still not fixed after months?

    Because killer is the minority. DS was bugged and got fixed in a week. Meanwhile audio has been a problem for how many months?

    Survivors:

    Camping, Tunneling, Ebony Mori's, Matchmaking, Emblem System, Iri Hatchet.

    Killers:

    Keys, Gen Speed, Map Size, Overall ability of a number of killers including Clown and Legion and RNG Heavy killers like Trapper and pig, Matchmaking, the emblem system.

    All these are great, but I would also like to add that there are a ton of glitches and sound bugs plaguing the killer side right now. Nurse is practically unplayable right now with all her bugs that ruin approximately one in three games for me when I try to play her. Sound bugs include not being able to hear slugged survivors. There are probably a ton more but I can't think of them right now.

    Agree with that, I gave up as Spirit main and switched now to oni even. I am just simply not able to play my main Killer because the devs need ages to fix simple buggs.

    I hope you don't think DS and BORROWT Time is a 2nd chance perk... I swear then ds and borrow get a nerf again,, I play never again Survivor, I m red Rang killer and Surv, I say it's only hard to play against SWFs but not against four solo Q player this is a free 4K... I hate only Iron will and dead hard because I main Nurse on PS4 nurse have zero chance against four survs with iron will and dead hard on ps4, sry my english is not rly good...

    When I say stacking 2nd chance perks I mean stacking ALL of them. By themselves I feel they are fine. It becomes a problem when ALL 4 survivors run all them. Each one has it's issues

    DS>Make it so if I hook someone else or you got healed it turns off. Or lower the timer to 40 seconds instead of 1 min. It's an anti tunnel perk yet I get hit by it even if I don't tunnel. This is a 2nd chance perk. No one can argue this. It rewards bad game play. If you screw up and get caught this perk buy you an escape. That would be like if all 5 gens got completed and the entity added a 6th gen the survivors have to finish to open the gates. NOED isn't a 2nd chance perk. More like a punisher perk for survivors choosing to rush the gens. Survivors have the power to prevent noed from ever activating. There is nothing killer can do to stop DS from triggering. "Don't tunnel" IS NOT A SOLUTION. No matter how killer plays they still have to operate around DS.

    BT>I'm actually fine with BT the way it is. I remember when you could only use it like once a match and it applied to both people. I don't miss that. What I hate is when I hook survivor A and hunt survivor B. I hook survivor B then survivor A rescues survivor B right in my face because they have DS. In that case I'm screwed no matter who I go after. If survivor B has BT and survivor A has DS, no matter who I pick it's going to take 2 hits to down them. If I go after B they have BT and they could have DS. If I go after A they have DS. Damned if I do and damned if I don't. My only option is to slug. Which is why I feel if I hooked someone else, your DS should deactivate because that proves I wasn't tunneling.

    Adren>Not too bad. Just super annoying when you down someone as everyone else finishes the last gen. What I don't like is when the situation mentioned above happens. Again, by themselves they are fine but when mixed together it becomes broken.

    Dead Hard>I don't have a problem with this either. I hated it when people could use it to bait a killers swing. It was damn near a free block before the servers. Now it rarely takes a swing but it can still be useful. You just need to use it to give yourself that extra distance to get to a apllet.

    Old MoM>Honestly if you couldn't mix this with all the above I felt it was fine. Current MoM is crap. This perks creation further proves me complaint about the devs having no clue what they are doing. When they teased that perk every killer main said "That's going to be broken" but they don't listen to the minority.

    By themselves the perks are tolerable. When you combine 2-3 of them, and a LOT of survivors do, they become OP. I don't need charts to know this cause I can't play a game without seeing DS on at least 3 people, adren and bt on 2 ect. Granted my personal experience isn't all games but if I'm running into them this often they have to be frequent. If only 20% of survivors mix all these perks together, the odds of me running into them most of my matches is improbable.

    Out of all the 2nd chance perks, the only one I run every game is BT and that's for my team's sake not mine. I feel if you need DS and Adren every single game your not improving as a survivor. Your depending on crutch perks to escape. As killer I learned to not rely on perks because the devs will most likely nerf the good ones. Survivor on the other hand keeps getting more ways to escape because the devs tailor the game around rank 20s. If the killer tunnels you to death you should learn to loop better or learn to not be seen. If he face camps you on the first hook your team should punish the killer by doing the gens and getting out.

    Survivors have all the power in this game, just not all of them know how to use it. Yet the devs keep making their job easier. Which is why the amount of killers is at an all time low and survivor que times are +20 mins.

    One of the biggest problems for survivors is the hit box. I vault jump to the other side and am a distance away when the killer somehow develops Bandersnatch arms from Res Evil Code Veronica and hits me. I especially like when it happens when I'm halfway down from vaulting through a high window and still get hit. This and slightly nerfing Moris would be all that I would do honestly, I think the killers are fine to play against, but I don't play with the intent to bully/farm/abuse, I just play the way the game is meant to be played and my death vs escape is about 50/50. Guess that means I suck, but you know what, can't win them all.
