Who needs a buff more..
So I’m new to the forums and I wanted to ask, who needs a buff more: Bubba, Wraith or Clown, and which killer would you like reworked next

I would say clown and bubba are equally needing a rework, but clown is my first choice. Bubba doesn't have much, but at least he is good at 1 thing (even if it is camping). For clown, freddy is just a strait upgrade.

Wraith. The other two need full re-works.
Wraith's power is still usable and with people like Tru3Talent finding ways of making him viable within the higher ranks of gameplay, then he may just need some slight tweaking.
I see no redeeming qualities within Bubba's kit, as it's kind of a rush-job after the got the licensing for Texas Chainsaw Massacare, but his perks are great. I'm just not sure at all how they're going to change his kit so that he's good, yet still different enough from Hillbilly. I think that they kind of backed themselves into a corner with that one.
As for Clown, he was fantastic on release, or at least that's what I've heard before. There are so many limiters on his power, though, that need to be removed or given the Freddy treatment. For starters, we can remove the slowdown when you throw the bottle, give him back bottles over time rather than reloading.

I'm a P3 clown and stopped playing him at high ranks. At low ranks he's a good killer but at high ranks he's pretty much a killer without a power. His perks are decent but his power is bad. Wraith seems decent, and bubba I think needs changes to him. He's just really easy to loop and it's easy to avoid his chainsaw.

I'm already biased toward Legion to just get a whole new rework because I kind of like them even though their power sucks, but I think clown needs it most. He's literally the laughingstock of the killer gang. He's not just a Clown he's the whole goddamn circus. He's the embodiment of the becoming a Clown meme. How many more fxcking clown jokes do I need to make until this happens.

Clown you need to nuke a whole area to get any use out of his power. And he's easily disabled by running in a straight line. Yup. Then while you're reloading all your bottles you lose two more gens and all your gas is already dissipated. He's a setup killer with no lasting power.
Add-ons are decent but two or three really stick out like his instant down and hindered ones. Both used mid-chase. But because he has to reload, he has to commit and loses gen pressure.
Bubba, his base ability slows you down just enough to never catch up to someone running in a straight line. His add-ons are all glitched too. Values are messed up.
Wraith needs his reappearance add-ons looked at. Otherwise he's fine. Maybe quieter footsteps. His shimmer is already a dead giveaway.

Clown needs a rework, His power is almost non existant Just look at Freddy he has a similar power with his traps which don't have a reload, they're pre-set up and don't have to be thrown in the moment and then he has other powers ontop of that with the dream state and gen teleport. The difference is staggering.
Cannibal I think either needs major buffs or again a rework, I'm afraid if he gets buffs he'll just be a very strong camping killer which might cause some issues.
Wraith is the most add on dependent killer in my opinion, I think at the very least he needs windstorm in his basekit. Attacking out of cloak would be a big enough buff too to make him viable at red ranks.

As long as that unfun to play against SS+ tier smiley Legion boi gets nerfed, I'm fine with every other killer mentioned getting buffed.

Second question: Legion. They deserve it since they still feel restricted by the nerf... Sorry... rework as the devs call it.

So basically it seems like clown needs buffs, Bubba needs a complete rework and Wraith needs windstorm base-kit. Then there is legion mains, so I will ask, thoughts on legion

Out of those I'd say Clown for sure. He's definitely the weaker out of those 3.

To me it's pretty close between Clown and Legion.

Well:
Wraith-->Small Tweaks-->Faster while cloaked, more stealthy while cloaked (invisible while far away so that you cannot see him coming from miles away on Blood Lodge, less Breathing and Footsteps while cloaked)
Clown-->Needs serious Buffs, Killer with a Chase Ability who sacrifices all Map Pressure for it and STILL has to run Chase-Perks is not good. Probably Add On Rework and Power Rework (reloading single Bottles for example would be a thing, why should Clown need to go through the full animation? Sometimes you only want 1 bottle, there is no reason to waste the whole time on that).
Bubba-->Complete Rework, he is boring. His Add Ons either dont work or are simply Copy&Paste. His Chainsaw, while easy to use wastes so much time, either while Charging or after hitting or missing an attack.

Clown buff, Bubba add on rework. Wraith is fine even though most people genuinly think he is bad, he isnt as bad as people think.

Of those three, clown is the easy call.
People may not like it, but bubba with the right perks can be very effective. He's gotten a lot better thanks to Oni's nemesis perk combined with PWYF letting him keep getting speed boosts and since his chainsaw only takes one ticket he can vroom vroom a lot better now. Combine Nemesis, PWYF, and Monitor and Abuse and Bubba can literally almost jumpscare people with stupid crazy speed and an insta-down that's easier to control than Billy's.
Wraith is another killer that with the right perk builds can be quite strong, his ability to stealth and increase movement speed also let him get some better map pressure than the other two in this group.
Clown just has no redeeming qualities right now, standard movement, no speed boosts, no global map presence, no ability to insta-down standard without addons, nothing. His power is very lackluster (I mean at least legion can injure multiple people) and without a lot of perk help a large map is an auto-loss, hell even WITH good perks a large map is still an auto-loss.
As a heavy Legion player I actually think his mechanics aren't that bad, but I'm also a masochist sometimes.
