Cant buy the new chapter on Steam
Well, that's it, that's my question, is it just me ? Steam doesnt let me buy the dlc it says to try later when i put all my infos and try to pay it.

From what I've been told, it seems to just be steams payment section being down at the moment.
So unfortunately there's nothing Peanits or anyone else can do, you'll just have to wait until steam brings it back up. Super unlucky timing for the release of Chapter 15, but there's nothing BHVR can really do about steams affairs.

I'm glad to know it's not just me! I've been trying for a while now and it's not working. I know that when I check Steam Support I can't even find Chains of Hate as an item that I am having trouble with.

Tip: Don't "spam" the buy button, otherwise steam will give you a "too many transaction attempts" for a while. (Dunno how long)

It's the same with all the payment methods i suppose, since i tried with Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard

Humble Bundle is a $1 more than Steam, unless you have the Humble Choice discount. Oddly enough, this is the first DLC I noticed where there's a price difference vs. Steam.

It could be to capitalize on steams retail being down for the new DLC... or because there's new DLC out, who knows.
