Alright I gotta give credit to BHVR....
Thank you for finally addressing toolboxes.
Issues I have with some bugs, and the many other things I really want to be addressed (Like the nurse blink bug going on it's anniversary soon); I really have to say I am very happy toolboxes are in a better spot.
I am not literally expecting an auto loss as soon as I see 2 or more toolboxes in the lobby, and feel no urge to dodge them at all anymore.
So for the moment I wanted to put aside the pessimism at least for the day to say I really think this was a long overdue change that is one major step forward in improving the killer role. Thanks.
(Now if you could look at the map sizes and maps like coldwind, ormond, Haddonfield, etc....we would be even closer to a much healthier spot! )

i disagree that killers have it easy. also, sabo times are 2.5 seconds, the gen repair speed has been increased, I wouldn't call that a nerf to toolboxes at all.

Now they're going to save their toolboxes for saboing hooks. which might be even worse.

And with the Hangman's Trick nerf, you won't be able to bring that perk to counter sabotage by having the hooks repair themselves in 10 seconds anymore. But hey you'll get an aura read and notification to watch them do it in your face instead! It's win-win!

Also, I don't know why anyone would treat a guy asking for killer nerfs named KillerKiller like anything but an obvious troll.

I've had some sabo groups so far today, and honestly it has not been that bad at all. Like if they all take no mither and stuff it's strong but it's kinda fun, it isn't as toxic as old sabo groups were.

Been playing several hours on ps4. Haven't seen a single hook sabo'd. Maybe it'll become popular later, but so far its a no show.

I thought the same thing. Is it even possible to maintain rank 1 while escaping 1 in 20 games? I forgot exactly how the pip math works for DbD.

On Survivor you can pip, almost double pip even if you don't escape so I guess this part checks.

It's one thing that makes playing killer less stressful/aggrivating. I don't get that "ugh it's over" feeling as soon as I see a few toolboxes before a match starts.
There is a lot more of course, and not all of it is killer side problems. I think Mori's need to be addressed too; because as survivor if they bring a mori it's just everyone going "Well **** this there is no point" they start suiciding on hook, DCing, giving up and just losing interest in the match because no matter what they do they are going to die and de-pip. They would be better if when a killer took a mori survivors were not like "Well this game is over already" but instead it meant the game was going to be different and fun or rewarding, not instant loss and no points for anyone really.
But back on point; I just think this is one change that has been needed for a while, and is one step in the right direction for a change. I hope to see more soon.
