Ok, I also got multiple 4ks at R1.
My example, just like yours, is anecdotal evidence and means nothing at all.
Just because you can get a 4k at red ranks, which are new flooded with noobs because of the stupid rank reset changes, doesn't mean he isn't bad. He's a weak killer with a bunch of problems, and a couple 4ks against potatoes doesn't change that.
I can't imagine anyone is convinced by a terrible example like this, though...

I will not lie deathslinger his hard to master, I usually would do well with him on console but I have him on PC. His gun doesn't automatically hit the survivors so they have only 1 second to react, but he hard to land a shot. But he might be decent.

I've had projectiles go right through player models. It's pretty cringe right now, if I'm being honest about the hit detection and lag correction on server side.
Especially wonky when people fast vault through windows.
