Lost My Patience With This Game. (Xbox)
Not here to complain about any of the toxic behaviour or gameplay. This is something completely different.
This game has been out for 4 years nearly right? WHY am I getting lobby errors still, but they still adding in more content for people to pay for?
The game is nearly unplayable on Xbox, they even showed how messed up it is by removing the trash dedicated servers (which was 2 weeks ago). Still nothing. I put a lot of time and money into this game...starting to ask myself why now, because ridiculous queue times, lobby errors & now literally can't even load into the game because of a initilization error.
Not to mention the ridiculous frame drops on a Xbox One X...Sloppy Butcher or Noed makes my Xbox want to blow up.
Can I have cross save so i can go play on my PC since that's clearly the only fanbase yous care about. Absolute joke. Never seen a game so poorly developed.

I get a few errors in the lobby but it is not to the degree I'd go crazy over..1..2 times a night maybe. Now this past summer I had days I'd get dropped by the host 10 and 20 times a day, but now things like that are pretty infrequent really. The trash servers are now gone so no longer an issue. At my rank 4 queue times are a bit long...5 minutes or so but at rank 14 nearly instant. All I can say is my experience with DBD on Xbox is different than yours, and you might note if you read either here or the Steam boards crashes and bugs and the like happen just as much on PC.

do you play solo? Seem like everytime i'm with people they cant see other people in the lobby and that forces us to restart the game because of errors and the queue times arent that bad im at rank 1 because theres loads of people playing the new killer. So you're telling me that the framerate is fine on this game? Like how bad it stutters playing as Demogorgon? Trust me PC will have barely as many issues as we do on Xbox.

I never play killer so can't speak to anything with Demogorgon---who I hardly ever see in any event. I mostly play solo but do have a swf group I play with and 90% of the time have no issues...maybe a few times someone won't be in the lobby for some reason or someone won't see the others as "ready up" and will be searching for a match forever and we'll all have to back out, but it's rare.

Rare? I stream this game and play with a couple of my viewers, throughout a 4 hour stream i'll probably have to restart the game about 6 times. If I don't restart it because of errors then i have to restart it because of frame drops...I played probably 20 games in a row solo and then went into a hawkins game...the framerate was so bad Doc was phasing through pallets.

lol omg errors on this game aren't 'rare' u would have to be delusional to think that, errors at endgame it sticks for a minute, tonnes of errors in lobbies, it's endless, i could go on and on

I am just not experiencing what you are as I said. 90%+ of the time DBD works fine on my Xbox.

I am on Wifi (but the router is just down the hall...maybe 25 feet tops) and have had no issues with lag for the most part. Now last summer it was torture...once Saturday got dropped by the killer's McDonald's Internet 20 times in a single day. My main issue with the dedicated servers was it seemed to make the hitboxes far worse.

I play hardwired all the time and have experienced the so called Wi-Fi players who lag really bad on the P2P connections. But man I never got a game less that 200ms ping on dedicated servers
