The Deathslinger is disturbing
To be honest, The Deathslinger doesn't look scary in normal terms. But he possesses the energy of an old creepozoid. Now imagine being a girl and being in a position where a man like this starts hanging around you for the reason. And the killer's power really makes you feel uncomfortable if you think about it like this, he just pulls you closer and you can't really do a thing. (And the cosmetic where he has beard on his chin, it feels like he's homeless or something, it makes everything even worse.)
Am I the only one who gets a little bit wild with overthinking or what? I got these thoughts during nighttime...

C'mon, imagine you're a weak girl who happened to be in the middle of nowhere during nighttime in relatively small town. You're all alone, nobody is around you. You walk in a hurry, it's silent. All of a sudden you her something behind your back. You turn around and see a tall man's figure, you can't really see a thing because it's too dark. You start walking faster but you can her a man coming in your direction. You start nearly running, the man eerily laughs at you attemts to go away. By the time you reach a light spot out of the corner of the eye you see him, all dirty, ugly, unshaved but strong enough to get you on the ground. You try to make distance but you feel a calloused hand grabbing your arm and pulling into darkness with brutal force. You scream as loud as you can, but he covers you mouth and silently laughs again as you both go away. You struggle but it doesn't help, you desparetly start crying but you can only thing his grip becoming stronger because of it. You're helpless, noone will help you.
(Freaking 2 AM in my country, damn it.)

Nah. Caleb's a good guy, read his bio. He only attacks survivors because the entity makes him see the people that wronged and stole from him. He's getting revenge.
If he breaks free of the illusion, he's gonna be mad and help the survivors out. He's a vigilante. He's like one of those bikers that show up at child abuse courtrooms that protect the kid from the abuser.
Don't be afraid of our boy, feel sorry for him. Only the loudest of yee haws will save him.
