Should his harpoon be capable of downing a survivor immediately upon contact if a survivor in the deep wounds state is hit?
Huntress can down survivors with her projectiles regardless of the context, but the deathslinger has to reel them in for a basic attack and even if the chain disconnects (which initially causes a wounded state) the survivors take no damage from it.

I personally dont think he needs that
I think he needs a special animation to hit survivors over pallets.
But thats just my two cents

The difference is he can aim down sights and get easy hits where Huntress cannot.
