While not in a chase Apsects (owls) Perch high above to watch survivors activities, while there is an obsession the Aspects will only show the obsessions movements
The Repair progression of Generators will be shown to the 4th Kind while not in a chase
Survivors under their gaze leave Scratch Marks while Walking and Crouching if the 4t Kind is not in Chase
The Aspects glowing red eyes stare, and follow survivors movements Periodically looking in the same direction as the 4th Kind (survivors can use this to determine whether or not the 4th Kind is heading their way or not)
While in proximity to both the 4th Kind and a Survivor the Aspects emit a heartbeat
Once a chase is initiated within an Aspects vicinity, those Aspects vanish for 120 seconds

Add Ons!: Idk, seems good without any, being slow might suck, but you make up for it in location tracking and vaulting maybe this can be a Killer that doesn't need add ons to be good (looking at you clown mains)
Perks!: While many killers have great perks, I thought this one would instead have 3 from the default list, there is already a plethora of great perks available so instead I'm opting for the 4th Kinds perks to be vanilla
Deerstalker
Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability.
Reveals dying Survivors' Auras when standing within 20/28/36 metres.
Hex: No One Escapes Death (I'm sorry, not sorry, it fits the lore)
A Hex rooting its power on hope. You are animated by the power of your Hex Totem when the Survivors are on the verge of escaping.
Once the Exit Gates are powered, if there is a Dull Totem remaining on the Map, this Hex is applied to it.
While Hex: No One Escapes Death is active, Survivors suffer from the Exposed Status Effect and your Movement speed is increased by 2/3/4 %.
The Hex effects persist as long as the related Hex Totem is standing.

Spies from the Shadows
The Crows found in the world can communicate directly with you.
100 % of the time, cawing Crows give you a visual cue when you are within a range of 20/28/36 metres.
Spies from the Shadows has a cool-down of 5 seconds.

Perks!: Same as killer, they are vanilla and fit the lore a bit

Get an auditory warning when looking in the direction of the Killer in a 45° cone within a range of 36 metres.
Premonition has a cool-down of 60/45/30 seconds each time it activates.
Premonition trumps any of the Killer's stealth abilities.
