Urgent: Doctor animation issues

While the recent changes to doctor were very welcomed by the community, and many players have said they enjoy the change, one oversight is the animations that he uses.

I have light sensitivity issues, the sparking/sparkling effect from his skills, and from the madness effect give me terrible migraines. And due to the fact I don't want to be in pain for the rest of the day when I play, my choices are, take the first hook, or DC. I genuinely hate to do this, I hate that it hurts my team mates, but I have no other options. I've talked with several other players who also have this issue.

SOLUTION: Add accessibility settings to the settings page, with the option to remove the doctor's sparkles/spark effect and replace it with something more steady. Ex: A puff of white smoke for the attack, and a white cloud around the edge of the screen. This would also be in line with the skill of the doctor's abilities, as being medicated often gives patients the feel of, "Brain fog"

Edit: I would also suggest other disabled people reply to this with accessibility settings that could help them. Such as certain settings for color blindness.

Seconding this. I always DC as soon as I see it's Doctor, because I'd rather not deal with a migraine from a game. I feel bad that this hurts my teammates, and ruins the game for the killer, but with my health issues I have no other choice.

As a person who experiences frequent headaches, I could not agree more. Especially the noise levels of his madness stages, stage 3 madness is incredibly difficult to tolerate and the extra lightning zaps around the screen.

I have no issue with Doctor as a killer, but I don't believe I should be experiencing physical (in real-life) pain when I am versing one. If changes in settings did occur, I hope it doesn't impact gameplay against him, just that it can perhaps be changed to be less invasive to the actual person behind the screen. <3

Thank you so much BHVR for punishing me for having a disability. I love having to sit out due to a penalty or spend the afternoon with a migraine, I love this choice so much.

They arent specificly punishing you because you have a disability. They are trying to punish people who dc.

Although i could see how this could be an issue, hope they do something to fix that for ya. Take care.
