Why do the games where they get gen rushed get like 30 posts about them and survivors get called op but all the games where they 4k in like 3 minutes never get mentioned

Well, mr. Toxic.
It's because they are really good players. So it stands out when the game ends that way. Specially when the survivors didn't play well in chases.
And as we all know, stomps on the killer side only happen because the survivors played terribly that round.

Because the games they win are against new survivors or the infamous "potato" survivors that drag the other survivors down. Surprisingly you don't need to be a team to win, but having toxic survivors drag the other survivors down with them just throws the whole game. Mostly just running to the other survivors and blatantly giving away their positions. I blame the matchmaking to be honest.

Because it shows that even they can't beat survivors in many scenarios and displays the imbalance? They're the only streamers I really watch

That's true. And I do like them explaining what is happening. Things like surge mechanics, infectious fright, perk synergies and what survivor side is likely to do. Also enjoy when they play survivors more and explain that side of things and what the killer should do or the other survivors.

From what I saw their game are either against very bad survivors where game can end very quickly, average survivors where game is ending with almost all gens done or some escapes as they can hold m1 or against good survivors where they have to meme half of the game for killer to have a chance, regardless of it being either of these.

That one streamer, Umbra? I don't remember she's a Huntress main. I like watching her stream. She has crazy rapid eye movements. Usually the map ruins the game for her. I like hearing her explain things also. And I'm going to be honest she is the Shroud of dbd. Don't really see survivor side winning unless it's bad maps or unbalanced survivor mechanics. She is awesome.

Certain streamers who play mostly potatoes but have big audiences repeat it ad nauseam and it gets people to internalize the myth. Kinda like how praegerU or steve crowder push their propaganda by just repeating it often enough

Because those games fit the narrative (even tho, they win most of the time anyway). But you know, if you have a video where they lose two Gens early, then it fits the narrative of Killers not being able to play properly. That they win with a 4K and 2 Gens left is not relevant for people posting those games.
Furthermore, the fanbase is kinda....eh. Tru3s Chat is a big circle Jerk glorifying him. What do you expect from people like that? Of course that they post every bit of information they get from him (completely ignoring the result of the game (because this is not relevant anymore)).
But his fans also believe in him being a White Knight in a toxic Community, while he is as toxic and salty as the next person...

Because they're generally the best of the best, so to see them play very well yet still get gen rushed into oblivion really highlights the issues with the game. Plus, against optimal survivors, I think these guys even struggle to get above 2 kills.

I think looking at the end result only (I.E how many escape or get sacrificed) is the flaw in this vision. Sure, if the average game has 2 of the survivors escape and the killer sacrificing the other two, it sounds balanced on paper but in the actual game itself it isn't.
There's many incidents where the survivors are outright bullying the killer for the majority of the match or are abusing broken mechanics in the game, but then make a single mistake towards the end-game which cost them 2 lives. Is that a balanced game?
You have to actually look at how the game play plays out as well, results aren't everything and the kill/survivor rate can be discarded imo

Because people like to pick and choose things to support their side. A streamer gets steamrolled and doesn't kill anyone and now the game is unbalanced because popular streamer should always get that 3/4k and never lose. Survivors should never win against them and those ten 4k's in a row prove nothing except a majority of players in the game are bad at it but hey, the game where the streamer used a meme build, 2-hooked everyone and then decided to get greedy at the end and they all escaped makes survivor really unbalanced you know.
Don't even get me started on those silly survivors who lead you around for 4 minutes and then most of the gens are done but I have to keep committed on that one guy and not try and protect that super sweet 3-gen I just noticed.
People are just silly sometimes. I admit at the highest level of gameplay a survivor team will beat a killer for the majority of matches, no argument at all but when people pick and choose 1 game of a streamers 20 where they lose and use that to try and show unbalance is silly. Hell, the streamer could very well face the same team again and curbstomp them this time around but that just means they weren't trying or they messed up. The streamers ability didn't matter at all in that situation apparently.
If you really want to show unbalance you'd need a more controlled environment and have multiple games played in said environment. As it is now, there are so many variables that can affect an outcome of a match from the map itself, perks, gen setup, pallet spawns, split second decisions, killer used, items they find in chests, etc that it becomes ludicrous to pick one game out of many where those things were all against you and then say the game is unbalanced.

The difference is both of them are extremely high level players. Take Tru3 for example. He plays both killer and survivor. When he plays survivor, it is extremely rare for him to not escape (or have the potential to if he is throwing himself at the save because sometimes he plays that way). He does it almost every single game.
But when he plays killer, he doesn't get 4ks nearly every single game, and he has to constantly fight an uphill battle to do well. Sometimes he gets completely obliterated and destroyed and gets a 4e on him in 5 minutes. That never happens to him on survivor, yet he has been playing killer for longer.
If he almost always does well as survivor, but still has to struggle as killer despite having thousands of hours in it, it shows something is a problem. Based on how much Tru3 plays, i would expect him to 4k nearly every game, because the dude has thousands of hours in this game.

What's wrong with being an OhTofu fan? He seems to be the only pro level DBD streamer who actually does NOT enjoy the "us vs them" mentality. When he talks about balance he doesn't seem to be biased unlike Tru3 even though Tofu plays mostly killer himself.

Because getting gen rushed fast is in the game, the game allows it, the survivors are doing their best at objectives and its possible to do that ridiculously fast. When killers ######### obliterate a group of survivors however, that's always the fault of the survivors themselves, the survivors should have played better.

ToXic NaNcy well it's because if you look at any of those games where Otz or Tru3 win in under 6-7 min is because usually but not limited to bad survivors not playing efficiently and usually but not always those games where they do win it's not vs Swf rather 4 solo queued players. You can really tell how experienced a survivor is right off the bat by the way they take pathing and rotate according to the information given to them.

Umbra is probably the best killer main. She is definitely better than tru and otz. 9 times out of 10 she gets 4k even when she's not playing huntress.

My impressions of Tofu are that he's just not a competitive type of guy, he's the type of guy that's content with the way things are and doesn't seek for change unless it's negatively affecting him. But as a competitive person you want to be able the have the ability to win any game given enough time and practice sadly Dbd is just not in that state where Killer's can win vs the best survivors, the best survivor perks or the best survivor maps. You have 2 of the 3 previous options and there's no way in hell your pulling off a win in that situation doesn't matter if you're the beat killer in the world or have the most hours. I believe that's where frustrations with this game lay.

Because killer mains don't care if they are finishing a game quickly when they are winning, it's only unbalanced f it goes quickly and they are losing. Then they rush on here to moan about it and show examples from streamers of it happening to them too.

Cuz they are proven to be able to 4k with legion or clown with no perks and no addons.
Also the majority of the time they do 4k in a few seconds is because survivors decide to do something really stupid like rushing in 3ppl a bubbas basement...
there is not that much you can do to get out of that no matter the build a survivor have...

Lmao what maps are killer sided? Literally almost none, killer has like 2 maps that are slightly in their favor but the rest are survivor sided, some may not be as broken as others but still plenty strong when used correctly by experienced players, you also missed the whole point I was trying to make in the second part but yea okay add no discussion or repelling arguments to my statement. 😂

For me its easier to name survivor sided maps:
Coldwind farm, Yamaoka estate . Thats about it 😄
Crotus Asylum bigger map(nurse map) can spawn with pretty good setup for survivors in 1 out 100 games.
