Killer wait time vs survivor wait time

My survivor wait time is usually under 2 minutes (to get into a lobby)
My Killer wait time is 5 - 15 minutes (to get into lobby)
Are there too many people trying to play killer? Or not enough survivors playing?

I believe the reason is because most of each side is done with their respective times. This means that killers and survivors are now role flipping a bit, causing wait times to change.

Is this on PC? On PS4 mine is completely flipped around. It may just be preference of those playing that device.

Definitely not PS4 playing last night I didn't wait longer than a few minutes for killer

Killer is less than 30 seconds
Survivor between 5-10 minutes
