There exists bans for insults?
I play as killer. I'm not pro gamer, just do it, just killing people, it's sublimation for me or something like this. But very often people insults me in aftergame chat. I collected almost 200 people in blacklist, because they often also write in my steam wall without my agree. It's very sad - why i need just get all of this?
There at least exists ban system for racism, wishes of death, wishes of sufferings from deadly decease (like cancer), and usual insults? Please tell me about it. In steam forum they say in DBD main site exists report form, but i can't find it nowhere.

We do issue bans for excessive insults. If you report them through the in-game report system, it'll send a report with the chat log to our ACM team to review. I can confirm as one of the people who used to handle those reports that they are used.
As for things outside the game (messages on your Steam profile), we cannot enforce those. You'll have to report those directly to Valve, or whatever other platform it happens on.

As much as you guys love to say that, I have yet to see that happen. I've had multiple racist insults thrown my way, and really bad stuff like that - nothing happened after the report. Those players were playing the game onwards like nothing happened.

For the comments on Steam platform you have to go to their profile pages and report it to Steam.
You can also adjust your privacy settings to restrict or disable commenting. More here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=7597-KZNM-3716&l=

Thanks! For my feelings that there no ban for them because i'm often report them for insults and they still insult me. I hope it really works.
Also as said else one player, he told there no bans. So it's only official answer and there really no bans?

To be honest, although words hurt and no one deserves hate like that, at the end of the day it really doesn't matter because you are your own person and no one can change that. People who waste time bullying online are only doing so because they feel protected behind a screen, they feel angry, insecure or they're just simply looking for a reaction. They don't know you personally so what they say doesn't matter because you probably won't see them ever again. I'm not defending the people who were racist to you, I'm just trying to reassure you that what others say online about you doesn't matter. I admire that you talked about it though <3 no one deserves to get hated on like that.

It wasn't even just "simple" racism, which should be a bannable offence regardless. I won't go into much detail, but they went as far as to dignify their own "superior race" and calling, not just me, but the whole region "subhuman." You know, something that shouldn't have been around since Hitler. But hey, BHVR doesn't think that is a bannable offence, so there is that. I'm just sick and tired of them saying over and over again that they will ban people who take it to far in the post-game chat when they clearly don't.

I agree, it's really sad how often bullying and cyber-bullying including racism, sexism, homophobia etc goes overlooked. I really wish there was a system that prevented harsh words being typed into the chat.

They say people get banned for it, but at this point I highly doubt it. I see too many of the same people being racist and encouraging people to self harm in the end game lobby that guarentee's these reports are not being taken seriously.
