Can we get killer stats by region? Just once?

I do have a strong educated guess that it's harder in some regions and easier in some others. Would it be possible to see killer stats partitioned by region just once? :3
I'm especially interested in the comparison of red ranks in "EU Frankfurt" vs "US East (Ohio)"

Because it's the only other region besides Frankfurt where I have enough evidence to support my theory in red ranks. Of course it'd be even more interesting to see killer stats partitioned by all regions but if we can only get 2 regions I would like to see these two.
