Survivors from India, Greece or Australia are not allowed?
So I've noticed most of the survivors are American and Canadian and are mixed for example Zarina is Lebanese American and Claudette is French Canadian, But only Feng, Ace, Nea and Yui are from different countries.
I really want a male survivor from India and another from like Greece or a survivor who's native American, But it seems like BHVR are afraid of offending people by adding them if we do get an Indian survivor he'd need to be Indian/American and I'm not a fan I'd like one from their own hometown like a survivor from Australia or Egypt would be dope but i feel like we'll never get other countries added.

This is a pretty petty thing to say.
There is literally ZERO hint of no country being "not allowed". Let the game designers add whoever the frick they want from wherever they damn please.
Sorry if I come off a bit hostile, but I absolutely detest when people attack game companies for narratives like inclusion of Gay/Lesbian or characters from certain races etc etc.
No one wants to see that BHVR is adding characters just to have them. The design and story team has done an amazing job with character creation and backstory. To force them to include a character from "X" is just wrong

You don't understand what I was trying to say.
What my point was, if BHVR wants to add lesbian/gay characters, it's not because some people are pushing an agenda on them. BHVR has also said that they do already have a lesbian/gay character. This is completely fine with me.
I am not getting mad about having these types of characters in game. I am getting mad because of people trying to coerce them into making more. My reason being is that the quality of characters when they're being created this way goes down exponentially.
If the design team wants to add a character that is gay/lesbian or ######### dragonborn, it should be because they are having fun and focus creating said character

They have Min. Do you not realize how sensitive China is? They censor literally ANYTHING that portrays them in a negative light. Having the only Chinese character in the game be subject to constant torture, dying over and over, is anything BUT a positive light. Min is a complete stereotype as well, the Chinese girl with a gaming addiction, a serious problem that China faces (not as serious as what's going on now, but that's a massive worm on a hook just waiting for me to bite, so we'll not go there). Yes, they changed Doctor from Chinese Mu Yi to African American Herman Carter, but that's largely due to him being based off of an actual nutjob named Yang Yongxin that operates in China.
Zarina is another touchy subject. Yes, she is American (whether or not she was born in America or Lebanon is never mentioned, just that she grew up in America), but she's still Middle Eastern, an ethnicity that has a lot of undeserved stigma due to freakshow organizations who claim to speak for all of them. And yet, here we are.
Let BHVR add who they want to add. If they want to add a Native American Survivor, they will. If they want to add a Greek Survivor, they will. If they wan't to add an Israeli Survivor, they will. If they want to add an Australian Survivor, they will. If they want to add an Indian Survivor, they will. If they want to add a literal alien Survivor, with green, blue, or even pink skin with yellow polka dots and red stripes, they will. Don't force them into making a character just to fit your agenda so you can feel authenticated.

You already have White, Black, Chinese, Japanese, Lebanese, French, Canadian survivors and they're not all basic looking either so they obviously have to diverse backgrounds as well.
What more do you want?

That's not the case at all. There's 195 countries in the world, and only 21 survivors - there's just no conceivable way to represent every single country with only 21 survivors. It's always possible that survivors of different nationalities could be added down the line, the existing cast is fairly diverse already.

Maybe it's because he had a stupid argument to begin with by basing it around being 'offended' rather than on priorities? No country is getting excluded and it's obnoxious to list 3 as some amazing distinction in a world with almost 200 countries. The whole 'offended' bit would only happen anyways if they either:
1) Did an incredibly stupid backstory that shows they don't got the slightest clue about the culture. Or alternatively if they go focus on sexuality when it doesn't matter at all in this game.
or
2) They put some racist outfit.
In the OP he literally says there's survivors that aren't from the US/UK/Canada. There' 22 survivors. 5 aren't from the US/Canada/UK. For whatever reason he left out Adam. 7 other survivors are from movies/tv/games and their origins can't be changed for obvious reasons. So 10 survivors are unlicensed UK/US/Canadians. Suddenly the disparity seems less apparent. Then you can take into account some got immigrant backgrounds, different races, etc. further breaking it down.
Every racial group essentially is covered except for: - South Asian - Native American - Slav.
Also, how exactly is putting an Australian survivor really any better...? That's basically the same exact thing as having them be Americans, Canadians and British..... The difference is an accent smh.
I'd love to see survivors from other countries though like the ones I just said are left out or ones that are taken from different time periods instead of modern ones. The argument however that it is because people would be triggered is silly.

You do realize there's over 270 different nationalities?.. It would be impossible for BHVR to make a survivor for every single one.

Lol I'm a Greek m8. I agree, I would love an ancient Greek chapter BUT if they have something like the Oni chapter up their sleeves, I don't care if I need to wait for millennia <3

Like just give us a survivor from India, Peru, Greece, Australia, Kenya, Finland, Cambodia, Turkey and Morocco rather than survivors who're American/Indian or Moroccan/Canadian

I'd like an Australian killer. All four survivors could be held to the level by harnesses, and the killer could throw boomerangs that damage the survivor's gear. The mori could be the Aussie throwing a boomerang that severs the survivor's harness and sends them floating into space.
Anti Gravity Australians lets do it. Let's get it done.

I mean an Australian DLC would be nice but the survivor needs to be Australian too like the killer but knowing BHVR their survivor would be from like Norway or Canada rather than Australia

I mean, technically Ash is, and he can have a skin where his right hand is useless (literally made of wood or a literal puppet), but he still uses his right hand due to the limitations of Survivor models.
