Gen bug?

Sorry if this has been asked or posted already, I looked through the forums and didn't see anything about it. I was playing a match last night as a survivor and wasn't able to touch 2 of the generators even though there was only one person working on them and they still had two open sides. It's the first time I have run into this particular issue has this been happening to others?

    I have seen it a few times. Its really rare but it happens. I noticed the bug ever since the patch were the vacuum pallets where given the axe.

    Thanks just wanted to make sure it wasn't something happening with my controller or something.
