Reduce the amount of killer perks

Please nerf the amount of perks that killers are allowed to use. It is very difficult if not, nearly impossible to escape these killers if they have multiple perks that do the same thing for instance, BBQ & Chili and the doctor's shock is overpowering which reveals your location in an instant manner. And on top of that, he is too fast regarding run speed. You can't take cover or hide at all. People are abusing this constantly. Please limit to like 2 perks. Or at least buff the survivors so they can have a chance.

    I don't know, I would usually suspect this as bait but he only has two posts including this one, and the other is titled 'camping penalties'

    that's kind of the idea. he has a meme name and the only posts are absurd over-the-top newbie suggestions. checks out as bait if you ask me
