I'm just kidding, she's no where close to being a strong killer in my opinion! Now before you have your counterclaims against my claim, here's my rebuttal for your "counterclaims"!
"Just get good, she's like the nurse, hard to learn! When killer's master her, then you'll see her potential!"
Rebuttal: Actually it's not the learning curve, it's how she RELIES on her INCONSISTENT power since she has lower movement speed. Notice how I said "Inconsistent"! Since it's on a 20 CD with it being a roll of the dice to actually guess correctly, it should buffed due to how much that can go wrong or reduce the consequences for making a wrong read. Again, if the developers need to extend the PTB, then so be it! I would rather have a delayed chapter release than a fast one with a Freddy tier killer. No offense to the Freddy mains during the 2.2.0 build era!

Rebuttal: I have watched multiple pro streamers, videos, and etc. Just from seeing them learning her and beginning to master her slightly, I don't see her being close to being as rewarding as just playing nurse. If she does get out of hand, the developers can always change her, it's not the end of the world when a killer is too powerful! We need more killer's like the nurse that makes the player skill more valid at higher ranks, not a killer that won't have much of a chance. Additionally, when you do face a good nurse, at least when you get destroyed, you can say that the killer absolutely deserved that down/hit/sacrifice for being good at the game!
HOW TO BUFF THE SPIRIT:
-Decrease her CD to 15 seconds.
-Moderately increases her movement speed during the phase.
-Increase the survivors' audio during the phase by like 50% to 100%.
-Have her ultra rare add-on for showing blood be built-in to her kit and rework it to have it show glimpses of survivors randomly.
That literally all she needs, if she got these buffs right here, PARFAIT! Please don't make more killers weak at high ranks, I wanna see more variety at high ranks besides Nurse, Billy, and Huntress. Please leave your civil feedback below and tell me what you think!

BHVR devs make a quick search for killer OP and buff killer headlines.
Come to the conclusion that everything is fine.

She is very bad indeed, just give her a month after release when players know how to juke her she will be down there with freedy.
Having slow movement speed kills her for me.5 -
why not make her able to leave her body and go into spirit form . Allowing her to see and track clues on survivors .
any survivor that is hit by the Spirit suffers from panaria similar to unnerving presence and they will not be able to see the gen progress bar or their HUD

Not every killer is meant to be viable, that's the devs opinion .
You just gotta accept it and not buy her to upport this behaviour, maybe they will learn this time0 -
I have seen some of their buffs, but I feel like they could've taken a different approach with the buffs. Her power is really inconsistent and when you do make a wrong read, you suffer a 20 second CD. Ok I main huntress and less slow and her hum gives you away but she takes skill like the nurse to use right plus its so satisfying to hit a pallet looping surv with a hatchet I mean if your dumb enough to loop after having one hit you before your own fault0
