Second Wind should work like Aftercare
For the perk Aftercare, if you completely heal a survivor you get the perk's effects, no matter how much actual healing you've done. So I believe Second Wind should work the same. This change would help the perk a lot.
No more getting 99% of a heal because you're teammate self cared for a nano second.
Allows greater synergy with perks and items like For The People and syringes.
Simplifies the activation condition so newer players don't get confused why their perk didn't work.
Can still be easily countered by knocking down the injured survivor before they get healed.
This would be a much needed buff to a perk that was outshined by Inner Strength in the same chapter.

I like the Idea, but I think that the Heal requirement should be removed completely.
It isn't that gamebreaking effect that it needs to have 100 requirements, also it can be activated only twice, sometimes not even once...

Yeah, tbh Being on the hook/off the hook related perks should be stronger than their regular versions.
