What perks work well with Oni's power?

I'm interested to hear everyone's opinion on this. I want to try to make a strong build for him since I like to play him a lot. What perks to you think are good for him?

Infectious fright is a no-brainer, and that paired with m&a can be very helpful when slugging to continue using his power. Oni has a surprisingly quiet terror radius so m&a also heavily helps sneak up and get your first hit (the hardest part of oni). Pop is also pretty good as he can usually get to any generator he needs to kick quickly. Corrupt is ok for his weak early game, but you might not need it if you have m&a. Bbq is pretty decent because if you have your power ready, you know exactly where to go and can get there very quickly. Sloppy is ok to hopefully keep them injured for longer, giving you more blood. Knock out is ok, but there are better.

Nothing is left to be said after this guy's comment. But in my case I use BBQ instead of Sloppy.

Sloppy or Thanotaphobia are good slowdown options for Oni.

Ruin can be really good if you can get your power up quickly cause you can activate then quickly chase people off generators.

I've only played a little Oni, but I did like using these

    Sloppy Butcher

    Corrupt Intervention

    Knockout (for slugging)

    Infectious Fright

    BBQ and Chili

gonna have to respectfully disagree. A huge part of playing Oni well is ensuring his power has a high uptime and using it well. This means you're frequently not applying Sloppy because that only gets applied on a basic hit. Thana is also pretty meh, as survivors will really not be encouraged to played injured for very long in order to not feed you your power, so the overall net % slowdown effect is pretty small.

ruin is solid though, since you can really pressure the map with his power.

Infectious Fright is obvious. You down one person, see another, go down them, see another, repeat. Since picking up a Survivor pauses his power, use this to get the most use out of it.

BBQ and PGTW let you zoom over to the Survivor or generator with Demon Dash.

Monitor and Abuse so the Survivors have less time to hide when you get close and his music is apparently really quiet at first, so the Survivors might not hear it until you're right on top of them.

Sloppy Butcher works because you want to heal against Oni. Staying injured gives him his power. The Survivors will have to choose between healing for 20+ seconds or staying injured and feeding Oni. Nurse's Calling also works for these reasons. If the Survivors decide to heal, you'll spot them with Nurse's.

Deerstalker and Knock Out help when slugging the Survivors.

Corrupt Intervention helps Oni in the early game, where he is at his weakest (115% Killer with basically no power).

Nurses calling is very useful as well, since people will try to heal against the oni whenever possible
