If you get gen rushed just leave the survivors
When i get gen rushed i just go chill in the basment and watch youtube and let them escape if survivoes wanna gen rush just let them go back to there 20 minute q times and honestly it makes me feel wayyy less frustrated if i just let them leave instead of tryharding

Do it. It will make the game less frustrating and if the survivors dont leave just leave the basment and open a gate

Good point, might as well try it. You won't even get to watch a 10-minute-long video before the match ends at times.
However, AFKing too often can get you punished, so it's something to keep in mind.

I did this once. They brought four toolboxes. So I turned invisible (I was Wraith) and hid in the basement. Someone showed up at the end. I hooked them, and got a 1K still.

Even though I might get a bit heated about gens flying faster than NASCAR laps at times, I've learned to stop caring about 'winning'. Just do what you can and don't give a care about what the game says.
(Not a high rank killer BTW, forever stuck at Rank 16 even though I've been able to sacrifice purple ranks before)

If you don't wanna afk then just follow one survivor and let them loop you until u hit time once then go to the next survivor and do the same until the gens pop and they leave

I just said it, I myself prefer AFKing. At least you get to play the next match as Killer without being completely frustrated if you do it.
People have to report you anyway for you to be banned.

You'd think so, but many Survivors are allergic to leaving if they havent been able to show their dominance yet.
I remember my wife came him with groceries and I had to go help her. I crouched pig on a rooftop in Haddonfield. Came back 15 mins later, still 2 gens left and 2 of the 3 Survivors left were just walking in circles around me.

AFKing is the way to go, that way you're guaranteed to de rank so you'll play against players who don't require you to run the same meta perks every game just to have even the slightest chance of enjoying yourself.

I'll still play through in an attempt to get BP, but I definitely stop caring about the win if I get genrushed. I've started playing Ghostface at little, so I'll go meet the survivors at the exit gate to tbag back before they leave. Or I'll start hunting for the hatch to hope I can close it before the last guy is out.

Yeah this always amazes me, in games where I've had to AFK (doorbell, explosive diarrhea, etc.) I've almost always come back to survivors either flashlight blinding me over and over, or standing in front of me t-bagging over and over.
It's like something disconnects in their brain and they think "oh no, the killer isn't trying, that means when I win I won't be able to gloat about how much better I am, no Mr. killer, please come back so I can show my dominance more!"
The most hilarious one was when I was playing Legion and had to AFK and came back to a Kate t-bagging in front of me, while the exit gates were open, thing was we were pretty far and her teammates had already left, so I jumped into frenzy and hit her then ran ahead towards the doors, ended frenzy, downed her, and then hooked her, no teammates to help her so she died on hook. The rage was actually nourishing to my soul lol.

I remember one time playing as Trapper (my main) on Haddonfield, and there was this Laurie player constantly trying to get my attention. I assumed they were trying to troll me, so I ignored them and focused on playing like a normal person. They eventually realized their efforts were futile and just wound up ragequitting.

Most of my hooks occur when there’s one or two gens remaining. Those four kill matches wouldn’t have been four kills if I hid in basement every time this thread suggests.

I only do it if i get a toxic team if they just do gens thats fine but if 2 of them teabag i do it

You act as if survivors genrush on purpose.. Like, there isnt much else to do. Yeah maybe totems, maybe chests... But that's it. Back then when flashlights where viable survivors were running behind the killer to get FL saves. Now it's just a massive waste of time and it's just better to sit on gens.
These changes (flashlight, healing etc) are just forcing survivors to be more and more optimal on gens

So what exatly does teabagging to your gameplay? Oh right, nothing. It has exactly zero effect. If you get triggered its your own fault. And toolboxes arent an issue anymore with the latest nerf.

People like @toxicnancymain are the reason why you see so many killer players complain about how “Survivors are OP”.
Instead of trying to IMPROVE, they’d rather just derank and resort to unsportsmanlike tactics such as AFK.

I don't think survivors are op i actually think the games pretty balanced. And i dont derank I afk once every few days. When i get gen rushed like 5 games in a row because i tried to play fair thats when i do it

Sounds interesting, However I think it's a better option to try your best all the way till the end, there's been endless games where I got genrushed the first 4 or 3 gens but still managed to kill 2 or 3, you never know where it'll turn out even if you are losing badly, always try the best you can till the end IMO

I do try my best most of the time i only afk when i get really mad. I only made this post cause i had a horibble game against a swf and got really frustrated since i got matched with them 3 times in a row

SWFs are annoying, Not much to be done about them, I personally just accept the loss and keep trying to get atleast one of them if I can maybe even 2, I hate sweaty SWFS tho, sometimes it even makes me wanna quit killer for a long time, sucks especially since its easy to run into the same SWF over again and happens more often than one would expect

I'm not even sure what you're saying.. the gens are only 80 seconds worst case. There are 4 survivors. The game is essentially over in 2 minutes 20 seconds if you don't push them off the gens. Gen Rushing IS the game.. there's no such thing as that being specific way of playing anymore.

you gotta remember that there are chase bp for them to earn. if you afk they cant get that so they're most likely trying to farm bp in that emblem.

are you dumb ? how can you compare teabag to moris ? moris legit allow you to remove people out of the game faster so yes it does affect the gameplay
teabagging legit does nothing to the killer most of the time it helps them more than anything else because while this survivor is teabagging at a pallette they arent gaining distance on the killer
i have never seen such a dumb comparison , you talk about survivor bias but your killer bias legit make you say the most stupid things ever

That is why we want solo buffed to swf level so we can balance around that so swf isnt a huge advantage over solo and everyone can have fun

I don’t get people that come on here and complain about any killer issues. Why shouldn’t killers get ran on like survivors do? There’s different levels of play for both sides. I play with randoms I only make it out like 10% of the time because my other 3 teammates are dead after just 0-1 gens have popped. 😂

I think killer is very balanced but swf and keys and moris going would make the game alot more balanced for both sides

People still face camp me because I ran you for 10 seconds and stunned you once with a pallet. Sounds about right. I swear going into these games if I do anything to piss the killer off he does the most absurd things to make sure I don’t leave the hook. All I’m trying to do is survive 😂 so leave me alone. The devs just need to install something to discourage it even more rather than bait them with BBQ and chili to get their next victim WITHOUT coming back after someone unhooks. Don’t hide in the shadows as ghost face. Don’t wait downstairs with a Bubba. None of that. It’s just deflating as a survivor.
