DC Scarecrow DBD Chapter Idea (Final Version, Maybe...)

This is the final version of the Scarecrow chapter idea. I will not be including the new Survivor's perks because I can't think of anything good for them anymore. I completely re-did everything about the Scarecrow to hopefully make up for my lack of creativity for the Survivor's perks. The Survivor (if any) would still be Commissioner Gordon and the new map would still be Arkham Asylum. Anyways here's my final (again, maybe..) version of this chapter.

New Killer: "The Scarecrow"

Power: "Fear Toxin"

Fear is the Scarecrow's weapon, a potent hallucinogen that can make the victim see their greatest fears. The Scarecrow has crafted a glove with needles on the ends to inject the toxin directly into the victim's bloodstream. (This would also be his weapon in game instead of the scythe).

Press and hold the power button to charge up the toxin to be usable. Anytime the Scarecrow uses a basic attack while the Fear Toxin is fully charged they'll be injected with the Fear Toxin. Hitting a Survivor while Fear Toxin is fully charged will not harm a Survivor. (They will not lose a health state). Instead, the Survivor will become Oblivious to The Scarecrow and will also be hindered for a short time after being injected. Additionally, Survivors will get hallucinations of The Scarecrow every few seconds.

The effects of the Fear Toxin last forever unless a Survivor enters a Locker for a short duration to break free of it's effects.

The Scarecrow's Perks:

Fear Me - For each generator complete gain a token, each token gives you a cool-down reduction of 3%/4%/5% of successful and missed attacks.

Formidophobia - You see the aura of crows within a 8/16/24 meter range, additionally any Survivor that disturbs a crow will have their aura revealed to you for 4 seconds. The perk will then go into cool-down if a Survivor is revealed for 30 seconds.

Lord of Despair - Any Survivor sabotaging a hook or cleansing a totem within your Terror Radius will gain a 3%/5%/7% action speed penalty.

As always, feedback is nice and sorry if this isn't as detailed as my other posts on this, but I would really like to see Scarecrow in DBD, I feel like he would really fit in and be scary to go against.

We already have a scarecrow in the game. 😂. But still, this is a nice idea.

Formidophobia - Does the crow have to be in range with the killer in order to see the survivors aura?

Fear me - is this stackable? Cause there’s already a perk that reduces the time of missed attacks and stuns.

    Other than that, decent idea!

Those are cosmetics, really cool cosmetics, but not the actual person.

Formidophobia, yes the crow has to be within the range of the killer.

Fear Me is stackable, while Unrelenting and Save The Best For Last are similar, this perk combines the two together and helps killers that struggle in the early game.

I feel like this version was worse than the other iterations I did since I kinda rushed it, but hey, doesn't hurt to try a 3rd time.
