Why hasn't deathslinger been buffed?

If you say he's weak, you're just not good at precision aiming. Like me lol
Really good deathslingers can end chases very quick, but his issue honestly is map pressure/mobility.
When i first saw the deathslinger, i assumed he could shoot it into walls as well and reel himself forward to run faster, oh well.
