Hex: Perk and Totem Buff Idea
Since there is a issue with poor Totem spawns, and totems being useless even when some would be better for the end game. Then why not change totems that they don't spawn at the start of the match, but instead the Killer has to take a moment to hex a dull totem with their Hex: Perk. This way the Killer has more control on where their Hex: Perk will be, and also if it is cleansed they can find another dull totem and Hex it instead.
This would cause quite a bit of gameplay changes;
- Hex: Perks become more useful in all skill levels of play.
- Hex: Perks become easier to bring to the late game.
- Killer has more control over where their Hex: Perk(s) is/are.
- It takes the Killer a moment to Hex a dull totem, which that time can be taken for survivors to complete objectives.
- Cleansing Dull Totems becomes more important than just "In case of Hex: No One Escapes Death that may not even be there", as a Hex perk could occur at any time. This also makes Survivors secondary objective to cleanse totems a more important concern.
- Killer can potentionally get more uses out of their Hex: Perks instead of it just being Cleansed 20 seconds into a match, or getting cleansed just as you get or before the amount of stacks needed for a Hex: Perk to be of use.

But then devour hope could become an op perk.. I agree with everything but I don't agree that killers can activate the same perk twice.. Its just one time then its gone or each time u hex a perk it goes down one tier

That's a really good point. Possibly make any Hex: Perk that relies around stacks to lose a certain number of stacks when the activated totem get's cleansed.
There's also the fact that a Killer wouldn't start with DH activated, so if they don't immediatly find a Dull Totem and hex it - they lose out on the stacks they could of had up to that point. Also obviously spending too much time looking for dull totems to hex as Killer would also be detrimental to the killer, so I can see how it would balance itself out.

I would be for it if the perk Hex: Haunted Grounds, aswell as people who run full hex builds, didn't exist.
