Is "What is this a staring contest" a recently added Ash voiceline?

I was hovering over object of obsession and Ash said "What is this a staring contest, come on let's go" I haven't heard this before.

I thought maybe OoO might have been an obscure trigger to get the voiceline to play.

I'm unsure though.

Speaking of Ash voicelines, which one is your favourite?

And What Ash voiceline(s) do you want added to the game?

    I just got it myself, I was making him look to the right of my screen in the lobby screen (no clue if that actually has any importance but who knows.) Definitely rarer than the average voiceline.

    I've heard it once before, I'm pretty sure it only happens when you're in a queue/lobby for a long time.

    It's definitely not new though, when I heard it was back before Oni was released.

    Edit: Another similar Ash voiceline that comes to mind is "Are we gonna be here all day?" Which I've heard twice in about the same circumstances.
