The Wendigo:
The Wendigo's ability is to shapeshift And appear as a human for a certain period of time. The Wendigo would have claws as a weapon, And when in human form can also attack. When the Wendigo is in human form it would make a quiet grunting noise that is slightly audible so that the survivors have a chance to tell of it is the Wendigo or another survivor.

This kind of idea has been suggested many many times, from the thing to a shape shifter.
Sadly that alone as a power would be completely useless to people that played against it enough times.
Not to forger that there are perks that give survivors aura reading of other survivors, which would c9mpletely cancel her ability.
And finally, SWF is a thing, they could 7se voice chat to tell each other stuff, making it easy to identify the imposter.
Now, its not a bad idea for a killer to have it as a passive or extra ability, in addition to their normal.power that would actually be useful. For example, the wendigo could shapeshift 10 seconds after a chase ends, but she would als9 have the power to do a leap attack that would let it jump and attack over windows and pallets or something.
It could be a cool quirk for a killer to have but it cant be the main focus of it balance wise.
