I have just been told by a salty person that Billy is getting nerfed. Is this true or are n they talking trash. Someone called sloth hexy and pug have said so apparently.

They're probably confusing "add-on rework" with "nerf" considering the community perception of the Nurse add-on changes.
Happens a bit whenever anyone mentions killer "changes", even if they are truly better for the game.

Consider for many of the new killers, the majority of the add-ons are pretty weak. Meanwhile some of the old killer add-ons are completely outrageous still (huntress doing a 90 second exhaust when they won't even give doc an exhaust on his ultra rare anymore).
Id say killer add-on power is trending down. Less from "I win by putting on this add-on" aka Iri heads; and moving more towards specific scenarios in which the add-on increases your power, like the Oni ultra rare making people scream when you miss your dashes.
