Biohazard Chapter Idea
Since Resident Evil 3 Remake is almost out, I got to thinking about how cool it would be if we had an iconic creature and protagonist from such a beloved franchise.
--(I will say that I don't care about copyrights for this idea. I'm a fan of the game and just want to see it grow and become even more greater than it already has done in the previous years. THIS IS MY STATEMNT VOIDING ME OF ALL POSSIBLE COPYRIGHT CLAIMS TO THIS IDEA AND OFFER IT TO THE CREATIVE TEAM AT BEHAVIOUR TO DO WITH AS THEY PLEASE--)

Any injured survivor hit with the Haymaker will be put into the Dying State
- A survivor infected with the Virus has 90 seconds before the Virus reaches dangerous levels and they enter the Dying State.
- A survivor infected with the Virus, can no longer self-heal. They may only be healed by other survivor's; being healed by another survivor to Healthy, will cause the Virus to Transfer into them as well.
- A survivor infected by the Virus can cure themselves by finding an Anti-Virus container and injecting themselves with it. Once injected they can no longer be infected by the Nemesis. They can, however, still be infected by Virus Transfer.

The killer is way too weak.
0 -
@YukariTheAlpaca what in particular is weak?
0 -
Literally every aspect of the killer.
0 -
@YukariTheAlpaca that's not anymore helpful to me. You gonna be more specific as to what you'd improve?
0 -
The Virus is useless, not only does it take such a long time to take effect, but its also useless once survivors cure themselves, meaning that half of his power can be removed and will never take effect again. As for his "dash" attack, it is just a worse version of Demon Dash due to not being an instant down, but at the same time, almost impossible to counter due to full movement control and cannot be stopped by pallets.

@YukariTheAlpaca his power is a variation of Pig mixed with Plague; with the addition of Deep Wound and passive downing instead of a passive kill. This makes a survivor who is infected then injured by Combat Stance have a lot of slowdown to contend with. It is a slowdown mechanic that also has negatives to the whole team if left to take effect too, because instead of killing the survivor, it downs them and then spreads the infection to others and/or injures them too - allowing a snowball to take place if Nemesis takes advantage - I don't see this as useless. His Combat Stance is reusable whenever chosen to do it, so being an insta-down would be crazy. I'm not sure if is clear or not, while charging Combat Stance you'll be rooted to the spot or restricted to very very slow movement speed, making it so a survivor can peel away from a loop if read well - like vs Pig. However being hit by Nemsis in this way has more impact on the survivor because of Deep Wound too. Also, much like Pig, his T-Virus power is meant to be limited use especially because of the transfer aspect of it. If played well the team will be torn between priorities of gens, searching for a vaccine, picking teammates up and also having to loop and mindgame in chases very well.

i have an idea for your killer,
Power : "same name"
The nemesis has a gauge of power, when moving, performing actions, the gauge grow in power, when the power is maxed, the Nemesis can go in combat stance, it can use tendrils to infect survivors.
When a survivor is infected by a tendril, he is not damaged, but he is infected.
When infected, a survivor as time to stop the infection when healed or by using serum spread on the map, but when the time is out, the survivor is damaged, and spread the infection around him, but also damage other survivor that try to help him, or try to do things together (ex: reparing generator)
Also, when in combat stance, the Nemesis can charge is way in a long charge, but can't control. In his charge, if a survivor is touched, he is damaged and get deep wound.
When Nemesis do a charges, he destroy pallet in is ways and if he crash into a generator, the generator regress.
idea of ultra rare item :
Targeting Receptor: "long broken, once used to command to you new targets. Now modified by the fog to give you enhanced tracking power"
- Survivor that get infected shows nearby survivors' aura within 7m
What do you thinks of it ?

@HasterPhenix So this would be similar to Oni's functionality, right?
Would the Tentacles work the same way in my design or would they be linked to Combat Stance, infecting survivors that are within a certain distance of the sprint attack?
0 -
i thinks, the tenacle must work without the combat stance, the combat stance gauge level up with the number of time survivor get infected.
a fusion of Meyers, Oni and the plague.
0 -
@HasterPhenix and would your Combat Stance itself works like Oni but without the function for maneuverability? So he is limited to a straight line?
0 -
this is the problem with this killer, when oni is out, we can't really have another copie, that can go in combat stance like oni.
No i thinks we have to make it brutish, he as no combat stance, because he is calm and deadly, but it can infect survivor, and when survivor are completely infected, they get down.

@HasterPhenix My Nemesis compares more to Pig than any other killer. But, i'll see if I can alter this and make him a tad more unique
