How is everyone?
Listen. I know that this will probably be moved, but I've decides to put it here, since it is the most popular area.
We've seen lots of posts about killers being bad, survivors being bad, balance, the 2nd chance perks, noed, all this crap. Right now, I just want to ignore that for the moment.
How is everyone doing as of this moment? Is everything going well? Are you having troubles?
I'll go first. Currently is the end of spring break for my college. I've been back up for the last week though, trying to get ahead in my classes. It has been lonely, and right now, no one in my family is working due to the virus. It's also my birthday soon, and my plans of going bowling have been kinda crushed.
So yeah. Life hasnt been super fun recently. I'm hoping it will be better soon.
So yeah, please come on here and just talk about normal stuff. No "sUrViVoR oP" or "KiLlEr Op" comments here.

Well, I am quite well, considering the whole world ending virus and all.
I just finished up my last semester in college before all of this went down, so I feel ya on that.
Had to cancel my wedding tho. That sucked. Now we just go in front of a magistrate and just have get married that way. Babe really wanted the whole cheesy Hallmark movie wedding, and the virus stole that from us.

My cousin works in a hospital and just went into self-quarantine while they await testing on whether or not she may have the virus. A friend of both me and my wife from our days when I was in the military has also self-quarantined. Obviously we're hoping they both don't have it and if they do have it that they have a speedy and safe recovery.
On a positive note, my daughter who is only five has been enjoying her very long spring break at this point lol. I'm so glad she's mostly oblivious to this whole thing. Our school district thankfully has an online curriculum so I've been working with her to continue to get through that.
I've been very lucky to have a stay at home option for my job so not having to commute an hour and a half each way up to D.C. has been nice, but I'm definitely getting a little Cabin Fever at this point. I miss playing Poker at MGM National Harbor, I miss going out to Dinner, I miss normal. This reminds me of Deployment, maybe not that extreme, but I remember coming home to the States from Afghanistan and Iraq and just being so glad I could get in my car and go anywhere I wanted to. Losing that again sucks.
To all my fellow killer players and even you survivor players, may you and yours stay safe and well through this thing.

Moving into "Winter" in Australia soon, so Cold & Flu season is almost upon us in the middle of the COVID-19 epidemic, which isn't even THAT bad unless you have a compromised immune system.
Dan Murphy's (liquor retail) has basically been declared as an "essential service" so I now have full-time hours to fill the gap missing from my martial arts (karate and kickboxing) and tabletop gaming (Force of Will tcg and Warhammer 40,000) closed until further notice.
It's kind of hard seeing people worried that we might close down, and others out of the job because of media scares about a slightly worse cold. We've even limited sales to stop people buying out the entire store.
But if I can live through the bushfires, floods, and Xmas time at work, I'll manage with this.

Other than the entire structure my life is built around being thrown all to hell due to school being shut down for another few weeks (maybe indefinitely, hard to say at this point), I'm doing about the same as always.
Social distancing is so easy for me because I am naturally anti-social, but I am still going insane (which is nothing new). I'm dealing with it by randomly texting my friend/distant cousin in the middle of the night with complete randomness that will slowly become more and more cursed because I have nothing better to do.
I've also been continuing my watching of old cartoons from before I was born because I still grew up on them. This pandemic has allowed me to watch the original X-Men cartoon, so I have plenty of things to do while I watch the world crumble around me.
So yeah. Doing fine.
