A nice way to return Old Freddy
Replace "Black Box" (Obsession starts the trial in the Dream World and cannot wake up) which is an Ultra Rare add-on with like "Smoking Splinter" (allows to play Old Freddy).
Black Box is kinda underwhelming add-on. 1 Survivor sleeping forever? meh. It would be nice to see Smoking Splinter instead of this one.

Maybe the lame Block add-ons could all revert Freddy to Old Freddy too, with Black Box and the more rare Block add-ons giving him slight improvements.
I mean let's be honest, is that minute of Hemorrhage on a Healthy Survivor, or that 30 seconds of the dreaded Blindness status effect, really going to be missed?

I actually really like this. They should do something like this for ALL Killers they decide to rework.

Killers that were reworked were reworked for a reason. You biased killer minds claimnig that he was the weakest killer are the ones to blame. You know nothing about balance but you open your mouth non stop.

While it'd be fun to be able to keep old versions of things, I think the game needs to be able to move on and evolve with reworked characters. Otherwise we'd have the expectation that all old version of perks should also be kept in some form, and the game would get stale.
That being said, I was a big fan of old Freddy and loved playing him. I don't really play him much since the rework, as he became a different killer entirely. But it gave me the chance to move on to new killers and play different things!
