Is it Unlucky or did bhvr ruined the game AGAIN?

Last 20 Games I Played I spawned next to the Killer so he/she was chasing in the first 30 seconds of Game - is it unlucky by me to spawn exactly next to Killers or did beHaviour something to the Spawn spots so the Killers are in a better spot at the beginning of the Round?

Its frustrating that I can't start "normal"


Can someone explain or give feedback how your experience is last Games?

    What exactly do you mean by "next to the killer"?

    I spawned once with the red stain of the killer on my back, and he could move first, so it was nearly over. But as far as i know this was fixed, so what is next to the killer?

    Honestly, a Survivor being found as the first one in 30 seconds sounds completely normal.

    You do sound unlucky to be the first in a chase, but a lot of distance can be covered by Killers in 30 seconds max., so i don't think you're always next to them.

    If you wanna start "normal", i suggest you don't immediately go for Generators or be around other Survivors.

    Ok here is the best way I can explain what happened.

    Let's say we are on Shelter Woods, a relatively square map. The Killer spawns in the bottom left, you spawn top left, and just for the sake of it, a teammate spawns with you but goes somewhere else.

    Most killers will either go to the top left or the bottom right, and you just got unlucky it seems.

    Survivors spawning across the map where killer can't even reach there before 1st gen is done are way more common

    I know finding a Suv very soon after Round start is possible, but I dont think its that frequently my last rounds are.

    I normally try to do my best to be sneaky at the start but whatever I do the heartbeat starts 5 or 10 seconds after the Round was starting and NO Killer has THAT MUCH Movement Speed for a whole cross the Map ^^

    so "Next to the Killer" ment I normally dont start across the Map in a Corner far away from the Killer.
