Killer Idea: The Spider/ The Widow
Throwing a killer idea I have been working on since months now and it's just a part of entire chapter I'm slowly progressing with. Please tell me what do you think! Any feedback is more than welcomed.
P.S. Of course she will have entire story/ lore added, as well as proper perk descriptions, icons and all that stuff!

Let's start off with the power.
To me it sounds like a constant Freddy, which isn't actually bad and I feel like with the right design it can be changed to something completely unique.
The idea of cocoons to me is absolutely amazing. Need to slug someone because of a flashlight save? Put em into a cocoon. I find this would be great to use.
As for the perks
Stay for longer seems great and can pear great with other endgame perks.
Family treasures needs to have differences between tiers, but overall seems fine.
The Game is another great perk that makes you have to spend time on one thing to benefit in another.
Overall this is a solid chapter idea.

I'm not sure about the power but I don't think the perks are great.
Stay for longer: Its basically just remember me. The difference is you don't take do anything to earn the wait time.
Family Treasures: So it only works basically 3 times? Also there is no tiers to this perk. It doesn't help people like your killer since they can't cross the map quickly. Maybe put extra fake chests on the map?
Tag Game: I like the idea behind this perk. My only issue is if the obsession doesn't heal then the perk is useless. Maybe if the obsession heals another survivor then they become the new obsession.

Thank you for a the feedback! I'm glad you like the ideas and pointed out the flaws! Perhaps this could be a quick edit to the power and perks.
If the power seems to be like constant Freddy, then perhaps entering the webs could build up stacks just like Plauge's work. However, instead of building up disease, maybe it should create webs effect on the survivor and reaching full circle means that next step in the webs ends with being trapped. Perhaps with help of other survivors the webs effect could be removed, just like waking up works.
For the perks...
The idea behind "Stay for Longer" is to buy some time at the end of the game. "Corrupt Intervention" provides similiar time extender but at the very beginning of the match. Secondly, I wouldn't really compare it to "Remember Me" because that perk puts survivor at the risk of opening the gate for longer period of time and basically exposing themself to the killer, and especially if they use NOED - which won't activate with "Stay for Longer" since gates are being powered after 30 seconds on tier 3. This is basically time to finish the chase, find the survivor or prepare for the gates.
I must admit I completely forgot about tiers for "Family Treasures" but maybe adding extended search time through the chest would do?
When it comes to "Tag Game", I admit perk may become useless if countered by obsession playing on the edge for entire game, however, when paired up with Nemesis or Furtive Chase, where obsession is being swapped constantly, I think it could still do a thing, no?

I was thinking of a killer like this for ages. Probs since 2018. I did post it on here but since I had been gone for ages. Everything that I had done got deleted. Quick question. Can the Spide/ Widow walk through these webs? When a survivor tramples a web, does the Widow get the web back so it can shoot it again?
Also, I’m not trying to say that u stole a perk that I sort of came up with. But Stay for longer is literally a perk that I came up with for one of my chapters. It’s a decent perk and anyone could of came up with it. Maybe u didn’t see my chapter. Maybe u did. 😂. Just putting it out there. Decent idea for a chapter tho! 👍🏻.

I sent a while searching for which killer I put it on. If u go to my posts. Press, The Wall Breaker. And the perk is called Blind As A Bat. Basically I made it so that once all the gens are complete, survivors can see the locations of Exit gates and will have to wait 20/25/30 seconds to open them. 👍🏻. And I created it on the 21st of Feb.

It is indeed unfortunate that we both came up with the same thing but honestly I didn't even see the discussion you have created. In fact, I don't keep a track of what's happening on the forum unless I'm looking for something in particular, but if I have an idea - I just post it, that's it. Of course I'm going to change the first perk now so no worries about that.
And answering to the question about power - Yes, she would be able to normally walk through her own webs and destroyed parts of it just disappear. She doesn't get the webs back but instead has a gauge to deplete so you can spray them around as much as you want to eventually turn the map into spider's nest.
Now it's up to debate if it should have stacks or webs should disappear with time or if they could stay there forever.
