Thank you to those killers... [Appreciation Thread]

who show mercy to me and to so many others who are left stranded as the last survivor after one DC's and the other two just give up.

They run at me and they see me all by myself with like 3 gens left and yet they let me live at least for trying.

You make me appreciate the fact that people can still show how to be humble when you clearly have the upper hand.

These killers usually help me finish objectives, quests and most of the times let me escape through a hatch unless I feel like they could use a kill.

This shows that despite not being able to directly communicate, we can still not BM and care for another.

Again, Thanks so much!

    This thread reminds me. We have a *give props" button at the end screen. Why doesn't BHVR utilize it? They should create ranks, and at the end of the month the game should give you bloodpoints/shards (or even both) based on how many props you received. Hell, you could even connect it to the rift, and each prop would give you half the fragment or something.

    That would actually inspire players, both killers and survivors, to play as fun and non-toxic as possible in order to get the benefits at the end of the month.

    @Peanits was there ever such a suggestion made?

    I would like to say thank you to all the survivor mains that care about killer experience. Like the ones that offer free hooks or even sacrifices when you just had the worst game of the month. Or the survivors that don't t-bag the exit gates after you didn't manage to catch them for 2 minutes, instead wishing you good luck next match and a better game. And to those that, during old Ruin days, said to themselves "Oh, a lit totem beneath my spawning point. Let's first push through at least a gen, before I cleanse it during the first 20 seconds, so the killer doesn't give up instantly".

    Unluckily, from the above I experienced only the free sacrifice just once during 2.5 years... so thank you to that one guy. (EDIT: the postgame "gl" actually also happened to me several times. But the "gg ez" is, again unfortunately, way more common)

    @Deadeye

    Well , tbh the killer letting at least the last one go when the game went really bad for the survivors is pretty rare too. Deciding to not kill any of them when the game goes really bad for them and it's clean that they won't be winning it is pretty much non existent.

    The t'bagging part is just silly. That doesn't even affect anything other than upsetting those who take it as a spit to their face or something lol.

    And really , asking people not to break a lit totem if they see it the moment they spawn during old ruin is just stupid if you actually mean it.

    Oh , and yeah - https://i.imgur.com/Irex0ot.png

    That's more common for me when I play survivor than a "gl" as well.

    I honestly see more "gg" , "gl" ,etc from survivors than from killers.
