Is the Doctor in Dead by Daylight a reference of the Dr. Hibbert in the simpson?


I'll tell you why I am asking :

They are both doctors, both black (I don't say that to be mean), and they both laugh everytime.


Can any of you from Behaviour confirm or not what I am saying? :D
