does this also mean new "Battle Pass" sorry i mean new "Rift" is coming at the same time right? no point in doing tomes if you can progress on a Battle Pass sorry again the Rift.

  Yes, a new Rift (or Battle Pass, if you prefer) will release alongside the new Tome.

  Umm, but completing tome rewards you with fragments to the rift? So i don't see why you shouldn't progress in it.
