Devs, please fix this...

I played a few rounds tonight and I have vaulted through a space a few times and took a few steps afterwards, but of course, I still got hit. These hitboxes are atrocious! If you all are taking out the so called Ironworks God loop, then why not try to do whatever you can do, or talk to whomever you need to and tighten these hitboxes?

    No he’s right it’s something I’ve been mad about for a long time now. I think if you’re already through the vault you shouldn’t be allowed to get hit. The killers already super fast it’s not a big deal to walk around when the walls are like a foot long on either side of the vault like 100% of the time you see one. unless it’s an actual building of course. 😂 but I think killers just have too much of an advantage it’s not really fairly balanced for survivors throughout the entire map. There are usually a few good loops that’s it 🙄 killers just cut you off so easily when everything’s out in the open with knee high debris to hide behind.

    How do you "vault" too early? There's no such thing as vaulting too early and it has everything to do with "latency" according to the Devs.

    It happens at windows a lot, I'm a good distance away from the window after I vault and the killer swings and it still hits me even though I'm not in range. It happens sometimes, so I don't really care. My issue is when it happens AFTER I drop a pallet and stun them. I drop the pallet before the swing animation starts (they don't even lunge half the time) the killer gets stunned and I still get hit, this happens almost in every single match.

    The rest of you all are right on. I've had the same thing happen with the phantom pallet stun hit too. It's almost like if it's assumed that the killer was going to use his attack, then they will record the hit off that assumption. Between that and the plastic arm hits after vaulting, it ruins the fun of a game that's already got its share of problems.

    Well if killers are so strong and "so fast" and there are no "god loops" or barely anything.... whys the killer playerbase dwindling? I main survivor and cant blame killers for needing to abuse builds.

    Im not saying that there isn't a latency issue, just saying that maybe you should pay more attention to your vaults. I play survivor mostly, and I dont experience this issue. Its not a "this is better than this" conversation. Just maybe focus on your own gameplay instead of coming to forums to talk about something that has been in the game since launch and most likely won't change anyways.

    The solution is not to tighten those hitboxes. Its you need someone to show you how to properly play survivor.

    i play SWF and we literally escape every single game even if we are feeling lazy to loop the killer we still get 3~4 escape.

    Im a killer main and even I think the vaulting hit is out of whack. As survivor there have been numerous times when I vaulted, took 2 steps and I still got hit. As killer there have been plenty of times where I even think that shouldnt have connected. But killer is really in the ######### right now so they should focus on other things before tackling this.
