Question Regarding God Loops/"Infinites"

In a world where quick and quite head on inner strength is a combo

Welp... There goes another thing towards the killers. I can play killer to have fun but i can't play a real match with friends. They don't want to play anymore cuz NOED+PGTW- already nerfed but nerfed again infinite loop= Find a new game.

I'll tell you what every killer tells me 80 percent of my games. "Get good , 0 excuses"

so i'm assuming you guys are removing bloodlust as well? and do something about maps like hawkins and saloon? they are unbalanced. every single pallet is unsafe and there's nothing to run to. i hope it's in the list of "more map changes"

Other than hex totems, not really. But even then Haunted Ground and Retribution is a thing now.

Sorry to say, but even on the new maps you can loop for the entire game. They may favor killer yet that does not mean you will fail if you learn the maps. If your going down that fast it's a you problem.
Shack getting nerfed was honestly the biggest mistake I have seen. That truely was just making baby killers feel better. That structure if my favorite mindgame on both sides.
You need to balance around M1 killers because if you don't than only a small handful of killers are viable. Ya some become exceptionally strong this way, but have variety is better than having 3 killers constantly.

Literally every killer perk can be countered in some way. Some of them even have multiple counters and yet they're still used pretty often because killers perks are generally weaker than survivors perks.

In case you haven’t noticed, Doctor has been buffed tenfold and is now surprisingly even more annoying to play against than before.
Breakable walls is a good change favoring killers. Stop complaining. Instead of dealing with a god loop all game, take a couple seconds to eliminate it. Seems like a fair trade.

Of all the maps, MacMillan Estate is the only set that I find truly balanced (with the acception of Suffocation Pit which is killer sided).

Thanks, didnt realise it became a thing like that. I never really depended on it it just sorta happened so i guess i didnt notice

God loops shouldnt be in the game
Survivors have enough second chance/get out of jail frees.
A single loop that forces the killer to give up on a chase? not fun
More so not fun when every survivor knows it so they just run there with their sprint burst/dead hard very time they get chased at all.

Not sure if it's posted here cause I'm not gonna go through this whole thread, but I believe @Peanits just shared a picture on the forums showcasing the removal of the Iron Works infinite.
Edit: accidently found the picture on this thread. Maybe I should have just read the damn thing.

I stop looping God Window when they remove Bloodlust. pallets certain god windows and map remakes is already tough.

You say that like the game is meant to make evading the killer easy... It's not hard to evade a killer right now, and with loops and god loops being what they are it's even easier.

God loops are fine if they add breakable walls to nullify them in my humble opinion.
I play both survivor and killer.

Just a garbage killer. If you see this area turn away, or play Myers, eventually they’ll make a mistake and you’ll win. Stop trying to take away survivors only means of looping a killer legitimately successful

Breakable wall! that so sad

Feels like many people here forget that it's a 1v4, not a 1v1. The skill required from survivor during a chase isn't "never get caught"; it's "how long will it take UNTIL I get caught." I understand no one enjoys being helpless, but that's exactly what you signed up for when you play survivor. The only way you're gonna survive is to play your best and rely on your teammates. Stop pretending that being able to instant escape a killer when you reach a god loop is balanced in a 1v4 game.

I usually don't have an issue with those windows except for Disturbed Ward. This map should be deleted.

yes... mind game with giant holes in the walls that you can literally see each other through. SURE..

Strong loops should still exist, what I think should not is the ability to switch from a god window to a tile next to it because you often break chase in between.

"FinD aN eAsIEr TarGeT"
Yea rank 1-3 swf, you abandon a chase at the god loop, you find someone else, this person runs to the god loop, you abandon the chase, find a person, this person runs to the god loop,... and so on.
Sure, its not always that bad, but seriously you just outright declare it a safe zone for suvivors and if a killer always abandons the person there, he tells his friends and so they keep going their until the last gen pops. The problem is, it can be abused and if so its unfair ---> needs balancing.

The worst one is the one of the coldwind slaughterhouse... Oh wait there are two in the same single house, and one of them doesn't let you reach the gen after 10 seconds of labyrinth, then they have a window they can reach on time, and you waste a lot of time if you break it, but it's also an infinite noy only a well protected gen so they can gen tap on the way of the infinite.

Lol! If you as a killer let someone run to a location, then you're a terrible killer that's not good of smart enough to cut off a survivor's path. I can't imagine a killer engaging in a chase in an area of the map and chasing them all the way to the so called God loop. Thanks for the laugh with your silly comment!

You mean you didn't use the holes/gaps in almost every other loop in DBD before to mindgame?

Wow just realised you dont want to discuss something, you just want to insult perople on the internet. You are such a strong person :D
