I Will not Give Up!
When you realize that it's over, you don’t give up and spend all your strength for the good
after you stun the killer 3 times, the perk activates.
If you was hooked at least once or you're the last survivor of the match, you can use the perk.
while the perk is active and you are in dying state, Press and hold the Active Ability button for 2 seconds to instantly heal yourself from dying state to injured state.
your exhaustion timer resets.
You receive the Broken status effect for 90/75/60 seconds.
You become the Obsession.
increases your chances of being the Obsession.
The Killer can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.
I tried to come up with an idea for a Perk that would resist the slugging or Memento Mori. In my opinion, I came up with a pretty good idea. Since the perk effect is strong, it’s quite fair to add a medium or a difficult condition to activate the Perk.
If you do not agree with something, you can write your ideas to improve my idea.

The issue is slugging is meta because of other surv perks, good in concept but combined with DSs you can't win as a killer
