Anyone else notice running is really wonky and sluggish for survivor?

I’m on PS4 and running is almost like a jolting power walk instead of a run where my character is just kind of moving slowly forward. I’ve tried uninstall and reinstall

Never had an issue with running in-game, are you able to record this so we can better understand what you mean? I've never heard about an issue with running in-game, this sounds more like lag than anything else.
