Premonition deserves 30/25/20 seconds of cooldown
Accelerates whatever action you are taking (except the speed of running, walking, crouching or crawling on the ground). The penalty of the skill checks is negligible.
Premonition, on the contrary, only tells you that your camera has, perhaps fortuitously, framed the killer in a 45° cone, without further effects, after which you must wait 60/45/30 seconds to be able to use it again. But Premonition is not an Exhaustion perk: it gives you simple information, partially useful mainly in closed maps and against stealth killers, but still to be interpreted with care (where the killer is exactly and where he is going, especially in the labyrinths of Lery, the Game, Hawkins..., it is up to the survivor to guess), and almost always useless in other cases. It doesn't help you to hide (like Iron Will, another perk with a continuous effect) or escape from the killer.
A friend of mine, who I convinced to buy DbD recently, told me that he finds it useless compared to Spine Chill, and he's right.
Premonition's cooldown deserves to be reduced accordingly: I suggest 30/25/20 seconds, like Quick And Quiet's, Territorial Imperative's and Windows Of Opportunity's are (and like Zanshin Tactics' should be, in my opinion).

I have a feeling no matter what they do spine chill will still be better

+It having a little bit of aura readaing (like 1 second IF the killer isn't undetectable) would make it on par with spine chill... atleast a lil bit.

I would class Spine Chill's skillcheck chance increases as a benefit, not a penalty.
But yes, I agree with this buff. Premonition is pretty much worse than Spine Chill in almost every way and a shorter cooldown would help a lot in shortening that gap.

Premonition could have no cooldown and it’d still be terrible.

main problem is that Spine Chill remains more versatile no matter what is done to Premo's cd unless it just lit up, which is... just, no. To make Premo not completely outclassed imo, you make Spine Chill no longer work on Undetectable, then let Premo be the only perk which counters stealth with the reduced cd.

I think if premonition triggers it should get like 5 seconds of aura reading. Then it might be worth taking as an info perk.

I'd rather we do away completely with perks that can bypass and/or neutralize stealth killer's stealth mechanics.

Premonition should have no cooldown, but fixed range like 16-36 meters.
But I'd rather have Spine Chill nerfed, because this perk really does too much.
