Survivor meta after the patch
the new patch will make "looping" pretty much not a thing anymore.
the fact that now every map will have in the future just 5 pallets and will be very small i think its time to play immersed again. the time is over with playing aggresiv as survivor!
first we make sure we have a claudette with a dark outfit we call them "blendettes" this is very important for hiding in bushes, bushes are known as claudettes natural habitat. also when you make it even harder for the killer you're free to use a mcmillian offering its the darkest map.
our first perk will be urban invasion a very important perk for the new meta. everytime we hear the heartbeat we will urban in the corner and blend with enviorment and let the killer search for us for 2 minutes and waste time.
BUT because killers can hear the breathing of survivor from a mile away we need to equip Spine chill so we are prepared for the killer.
and the last 2 perks i suggest is using self care with iron will. because we will always go in the corner and self care for 60 seconds and iron will helps to not make noises.
i hope the devs also make sure to change the boldness emblem so we actually get points for sneaking around the map for 5 minutes without getting caught!
and the last thing is we wait till the devs decide to punish and nerf immersed gameplay.

Yes, every map will have only 5 pallets despite the fact that only a few maps had pallets changed and 5 is below the minimum...

well i played yesterday in one of the autoheavens map and i found 5 pallets and every single one was a unsafe aka bloodlust pallet.
i also found 1 jungle gym, 1 tl wall and the killer shack. so its 7 pallets. and yes looping will be not a thing anymore.

According to Peanits, only Asylum from Disturbed Ward should have less pallets than before.
You either got a very unlucky variation or a bugged one.

You forgot one thing in your list of perks: Doctor is the anti-stealth killer. So once full immersion becomes meta, Doctor will become top tier and Calm Spirit will be a must pick perk to ensure total stealth. 😉

"I don't care if I have fun as long as the killer isn't having fun."

I think looping actually got an overall buff they opened up a lot of fast vaults and some pretty safe loops got put closer together

Looping won’t be a thing because they removed infinite god loops? If you can only loop using broken map design that literally anyone can do then you should just get better at playing survivor.

- if you cant loop what else are survivors supposed to do when not play stealhy?
- as someone who play 50/50 i firstly care about my fun then about the other side.

its not about the god loops. they were busted and needed to be fixed.
but if you just have 5-7 pallets in a map and especially if all of them are bloodlust pallets you cant waste time of the killer by looping so you need to be stealhy.
stop acting like survivors could just waste the time of the killer just on the god loops.
they also remove the amount of TL walls, jungle gyms and other decent pallets.

Well there you go, straight from their mouth. Wouldn't be the first time a stink was kicked up because one side or the other finally got a nerf/buff that was long needed.

But redused too many tiles, Which made big parts of some maps has nothing but dead zones. And for Disturbed Ward you should keep the pallets number but make them not so save and close 1 window.
For OP, I think running Claudette with Urban evasion, Prove theyself, Iron will, Spine chill will be meta, If you dont rush and finish gens in 4 min all pallets will be gone. You have to use Prove theyself.

Again, though, the changes do not create deadzones. If a maze tile is replaced, that does not mean that a pallet cannot spawn there, it just means that a maze tile won't spawn there. You can still have an ordinary pallet loop there instead (e.g. a truck loop, a loop made of a big rock and some trees, some debris with a pallet on it, etc.).
