Breakout, Any means Neccessary, Lucky Break | Improving The Perks
Yui's Perks are not very strong Perks and this needs to be fixed.
Here are my suggestions for improving them:
BREAKOUT
You kick into high gear when someone's in trouble, inspiring them to overcome any obstacle.
WHEN WITHIN 8 METERS OF A CARRIED SURVIVOR, YOU GAIN THE HASTE STATUS EFFECT, MOVING AT AN INCREASED SPEED OF 5/6/7%.
THE CARRIED SURVIVOR'S WIGGLE SPEED IS INCREASED BY 20%.
IF THE OTHER SURVIVOR ESCAPES FROM THE KILLER’S GRASP WITHIN A RADIUS OF 12 METERS FROM YOU OR YOU UNHOOK A SURVIVOR WITHIN THE KILLER'S TERROR RADIUS, THEN SAVED SURVIVOR RECEIVES A 50% BOOST TO VAULTING SPEED THROUGH WINDOWS AND PALLETS FOR 20 SECONDS.
SURVIVORS CAN ONLY BE AFFECTED BY ONE BREAKOUT EFFECT AT A TIME.
ANY MEANS NECCESSARY
You stand up for yourself, using whatever's on hand to gain an advantage.
YOU STUN THE KILLER WITH PALLETS FOR 3 SECONDS LONGER.
PRESS AND HOLD THE ACTIVE ABILITY BUTTON FOR 3 SECONDS WHILE STANDING BESIDE A DROPPED PALLET TO RESET IT TO ITS UPRIGHT POSITION.
AFTER YOU RESET A PALLET, THE ANY MEANS NECESSARY GETS A COOLDOWN FOR 80/70/60 SECONDS.
WHILE THE PERK IS UNDER COOLDOWN, YOU STUN THE KILLER WITH PALLETS AS USUAL.
LUCKY BREAK
You've had your share of scrapes and bruises, but luck's always on your side.
EVERY TIME YOU BECOME INJURED, THE PERK ACTIVATES FOR 60/70/80 SECONDS.
WHILE THE PERK IS ACTIVE, YOU DO NOT LEAVE A BLOODTRAIL, YOU IGNORE A HAEMORRHAGE STATUS EFFECT AND YOU SUPPRESS THE MANGLED STATUS EFFECT effectiveness BY 70%.
I tried to make it more interesting to use these Perks.
I believe that these suggestions will have a positive effect on Perks and they will be more in demand.

I think for breakout, it should remove the distance requirement for the haste effect.

The latter two are alright. But that first one would absolutely demolish killers and is OP. Improved vaulting speeds for 30 seconds? Unless the survivor is a total potato the killer is never going to be able to catch them. And 30 seconds is enough for those two survivors that aren't doing anything to make good progress on gens or basically finish them entirely as the killer still has to find them afterwords.

Hmm.. So, how about BT or DS? They perform the function of protection against tunneling and are quite strong, but no one complains about them. Therefore, I do not think that my proposal will change much. I, perhaps, went through the fact that the distance to activate the effect is very large, maybe I will reduce it

I think that if that were the case, then everyone would get a free boost to the wiggling speed that would break the balance. So, I believe that the condition for a small distance is quite fair.

You can tunnel through BT though. I do it all the time if I'm being gen rushed. DS I just leave them on the ground and walk away and check back every few seconds to see if they're being healed.
