Would be nice to improve matchmaking to compete with equal skilled players .Either that or your game is too killer sided.
Dear developers. What needs to be done to prove that the game is killer sided? Like 100 games in a row with 3-4 kills on rank 1 would be enough to prove that the game is balanced fine ? And that it doesnt need to go through balance changes anymore? Not counting low tier killers though. They need to be balanced .

I believe that's how they said the new matchmaking was going to work in the future? I could be wrong.
You are right about one thing though. There is a high skill gap that many refuse to talk about. :)

Yes. The games are too biased right now if you playing smart. I face good survivors as well but losing (2 kills) against them is pretty much rare.

I dont think so. The game is pretty much slightly killer sided . I think most are just playing wrong and lack common sense or are they not(which is most likely) . Most just pretend it to be opposite way i think.

To me, unless you're playing Freddy (which if you do you deserve to burn in the boiler room with him) the game is survivor sided. Not by alot, but with my experiences at rank 1 on both sides. You can even gen rush in Solo Queue, which says alot.

Well they are making an mmr ranking system soon, so hopefully that will fix this.

Even if this wasn't bait (which I have serious trouble believing) a few select individuals who are crazy good with their killer main (or even multiple killers) are NOT enough to prove the game is sided towards killers.
You'd have to be crazy in multiple ways to think that

The new MMR system will supposedly match you against better and better players the more you "win".
Rank won't mean anything at that point so the skys the limit. Eventually you will start facing survivors with 8k+ hours nonstop. Wait times may be atrocious though.

I don't get why you guys are all calling it a bait. Can't he be a really good Hillbilly main (a.k.a the best killer) and really win most of the matches? I mean, I'm a main solo survivor and I know that most of the matches I'm in against a really good Hillbilly end up with 3 or 4 k

My games have been fluctuating alot lately...
I get red rank survivors that really play well, they make me work for it.
Then i get survivors that play potato in the match and then it shows them as red rank survivors and it felt like i was playing against brown rank. I sometimes have to spin around as a killer because i'm stunned by the absolute potatoeness in the match 🤣🤣🤣

If you can actually get 100 victories in a row with 3 or more kills at rank 1 with valid proof, I'll lobby alongside you. I'm surprised nobody picked up on this borderline impossible condition. I'm perfectly ok with saying if you can pull that off, let's nerf killers somehow. If survivors could get 100 4 man escapes in a row, I would definitely want them nerfed.

It's defintely not killer sided. As you said in your original post, matchmaking is just screwing solo survivors over real bad. I win the majority of games as well, but I still go against enough survivor teams that stand a chance as well.

It’s not bait 😂 I 3-4K with plague against red ranks. I think communicating teams run on me more often than not. But I’m rank 9 killer. I don’t play much but I see red rank survivors in my game almost every game. Usually anywhere between 2-4 per game. Plague is considered one of the worst killers and I think it’s too easy.

I refuse to believe survivors always stand a solid chance. I think certain killers actually have an efficient build to consistently get 3-4K. These people typically have headsets and overall good sense of awareness playing. Hand them one hit downs, Mori’s, lag that works against survivors ability to run the killer, broken hit boxes at vaults, I think you got yourself a ‘W’

That’s bad match making and how easy it is to get to red rank as survivor especially with the new rank reset. Most red ranks are suppose to be in green ranks or yellow. I played last night for the first time in like 2 weeks as solo que survivor and was playing against rank 1 killers and carried my team like crazy. Killers are getting boosted also versing straight up potatoes. I honestly couldn’t believe my team were red ranks and the killer was a rank 1 killer. The gap is a joke right now.

Thats right, you got it. And this is why killers are getting nerfed, because of baby survivors... They are forgetting that this is survivors vs a KILLER, most likely you will die, but they think this is call of duty, thinking they both have weapons and have the same win option lol.

If the game is killer sided, why am I stomped in most of my games vs red ranks with zero chance of any improvement? Yes, I'm bad and you're great it seems. I believe that this is more of a matchmaking issue, rather than the game being killer sided.

Just because you aren't going against the best of survs,doesn't mean other killers don't. And besides you are ps4,it's prob alot different there. I bet u'd want cross play between console and pc just to get worthy opponents... Edit:Thought ur post said ps4 for some reason lmfao ignore it

If you're as good as you say you are, and the majority of killers here is complaining and saying that they aren't, maybe you really are just an outlier and really good. This just goes to show that if you master either side of the game, you can perform extremely well which is just common sense. Doesn't mean the devs need to balance the game around how well you play though, but around how well the majority plays. Either way, matchmaking definitely needs fixing.

While that is true, you might be an execptional good killer player. But maybe the game should not be balanced around the top players, especially with that broken matchmaking. But since you ask what needs to be done, can you give me the link to the vids for those 100 matches? You know, your word alone is no proof.

I first thought this is a bait thread, but i started reflecting my last matches as killer. On Rank 1 too by the way.
I played a lot of wraith lately to burn my addons for prestiging. In my first matches i played pretty good builds like hit&run or gen defence with ruin+all seeing spirit. I got good results with those builds, usually a 3-4k, even against swf.
After i missed my good addons i switched to yellow windstorm and faster uncloaking, generic perks like BBQ. My results pretty much stayed the same. I had to play more scummy sometimes and just tunnel to get someone killed, but all in all i still got at least a 2k, most times 3-4k.
Don't even want to talk about my nurse matches lol.
My conclusion is: BHVR needs to implement the MMR system to get people of equal skill matched together consistently.

And i say this as a survivor main, because my escape rate is actually around 70-75%, and thats as a solo survivor, but still, its way higher than the average surviving rate.

I also 2-4K almost all of my games on rank 1, just because you can not do it, does not mean every one else cant do it.
Sidenote: I find the game more of less ballanced and not killer sided.

I dont think so. Im not basing my opinion off just one week or so. In this game its really hard to face competent swf team or at least competent solo survivors . What does it tells about? Lack of so called "good players" or that swf is the only way to stand a chance against a killer that actually wants to get 4 kills?

It’s not bait. Go look at killer stats and how often red rank killers win. It’s 75% of their games.
