About Communication Abuse Bans

Hi, so I've reached the 1week ban meaning the next one will be permanent. I'm not here to appeal as I definitely deserved the ban. I'm wondering if saying things like "gg ez" is bannable, as I would say that at the end of games as a joke. I don't believe that's what caused me to be banned, but I just want to make sure as I do not want to be permabanned. I don't think saying "gg ez" is abuse of communications, I say it jokingly. Thanks for reading.

Also, do these bans deteriorate? Like if I'm a good sport for six or so months and then get banned again, would it still be permanent? I'm not asking this because I plan to do what I did again (I do not.)

No, saying "GG EZ" is not a bannable offence, whatever you did to get this ban is entirely different from those comments you make every post-match. They either tell you why you were banned in an email, or they don't. It's best to review the rules and possible deduce that outcome yourself in private. See if anything you've been doing corresponds to any offences below. I'll link the Game Rules below so you can figure that out for yourself.

As for a direct answer for WHY you were banned, that's something you'll have to message BHVR about. I certainly couldn't tell you because I didn't issue it, and this sub-forum isn't made to speculate/talk about bans anyways.

I can't answer that one, I've never heard of bans "deteriorating" before. All I know is that if whatever you were banned for has a tier system, than the next time you do... whatever it was that you did...will yield a harsher ban each time.

But again, I don't know, that's entirely up to the devs.
