Solo q

Solo q is so unrewarding. I’d rather suffer through 15 or 25 minutes of SWF As a killer or put a toothpick in my big toe nail and kick a wall instead of playing solo q. I’ve never been absolutely so frustrated before I’ve depipped on games I survived on, and pipped on games I died on, the DEVS bps system is extremely obscured and wrong....

I only do Solo, I suggest being more selfish and running perks that benefit yourself more. Usually SWF teams will use me as free hook bait and do gens until I die, so other Solo players might be friendlier in certain matches.

I'm a solo player as well. I love it. I get really bad teammates maybe 1 in every 5-6 matches. It doesn't bother me. I don't consider myself a rank 1 survivor either. Even if I can never fall from that rank. But I mess up and my teammates probably hate me once in awhile. I just don't let it get to me. Maybe some of us have the mentality that we don't have to win every game. SWF teams usually cry really hard when one of them dies. Us solo players are used to dying here and there.

I can respect that opinion. I’m red rank myself, and often do stuff that a rank 20 does, and that in itself doesn’t bother me. It’s the simple things like pallet stun on the killer and still get downed, oh dead hard to a window, but the killer has increased speed so still lose it. Oh got downed just before the exit opened no worries I have DA miss that extremely small skillcheck game over.. It’s not even that, it’s the so obvious disadvantage there is to being a solo q survivor that no one seems to care about, or acknowledge is a real problem that bothers me... there is a person on this message board complaining about DS, easily the easiest perk to counter ... saying suvivors abusé it like give me a break

I stopped helping people if is a flip between escape and getting killed.

It really depends on the scenario, but come end game. Ya'll can get bent

That is what I have learned. But that's assuming we get to that point because, let's face it. 9/10 times, your randos are horrible.

Well being in a SWF team isn't going to prevent most of what your complaints are about. Every game that you play has input lag. Like in COD when you got around that corner but still got shot. It's because there was input lag and you were still in sight and got killed before getting around that corner. It's the same with DBD. You got through that window. You cleared the hit. But on the killers side of thing you didn't make it through that window far enough. At least that's how I just imagine it. So I don't get mad about it. I'm not going to act like I've never been like... ######### IS THAT HIT! BULLCRAP! But I honestly don't let it bother me much. Solo is always going to be at a disadvantage. And it'll all depend on the killer you get as well. Some killers aren't as nuts as others.

You have some killers that don't camp, tunnel, use all three hooks on every survivor and allow the game to be fun. You have other killers that sweat DBD. Can't blame them either though. Playing both sides... Once you've been bullied a time or two during the night. You're ready to crap all over everyone's game.

But in the end. I think solo is nice and peaceful. I've had a few people add me. Though never have played with any of them. I'm sure that you could easily make friends. But I can't play 30 games of DBD in a row. I get a few in and then I'm zzzzZzzz'd into something else.

I agree as soon as gens are done and exits are open i leave. Only time i stay is if the team was really good and the person saved our ass.

No this isn’t input lag, this is there hitbox. The devs have said it themselves, their hitbox isn’t designed for accuracy. It’s just depressing. Even worse, I’ve constantly heard “it’s input lag.” Which is just horrendous excuse, if the input lag was actually that bad, a very accurate hitbox wouldn’t change much, but it might account for that extra step in not being a hit. So tired of that excuse...

I agree with the perks but if u promote a selfish playstyle in a team… maybe that’s y solo q experience is so horrible atm!?

Yeah sometimes it best to just escape and get out of dodge. Be it due to thinking the character has blood warden or something else that is in play. Which will make saving someone a very risky thing to do. Which might turn a 3 man escape, into a one man escape or just everyone dying. Like if someone came in with no items, they found say a purple med kit or flashlight. If they have choose between to save me or escape with 5000 blood points plus a purple item. I would rather they escape, have an item they can use for the next game or simply to store it away. Rather than risk it all to save me. For they simply have a lot more to gain, from escaping than i do.

Sure an amazing save can happen every now and then. Due to great team work. Only that tends to be a bit rare from the games i played. That and well better for 3 people to escape, than risk throwing that all away to save one.
