Like....really?
I wad playing survivor, and kept using Head On on an unfortunate victim of rank reset, and he/she kept referring to Head On, as OP.
Like, do yall exist? Head On aint even that great. It always has a place in my build because of the meme value, but really?

I had a msg of someone telling me that bond should be nerfed because it is so strong lol head on is a fun perk, I hate getting head on but I'm one of those " oh you fecker you did that" and I laugh it off

Keep nerfing survivors or buffing killers via map size, less loops I think this game is becoming less and less fun. I think CERTAIN killers are too fast. Others need buffs. Clown, plague need help

it’s a post calling a survivor perk op. if you don’t think head on is OP why is he even bringing it up? Why bring attention to it? If used cooperatively it can be good lol how is it not relative to create a counter argument

I'm unsure of the range of head on but from the few times i used it. It did seem very short and easy to miss your chance to stun. Of course could be i have not used it enough. Yet it doesn't seem that strong, since you need a locker. Hope the killer gives you enough time to get the stun ready or hope they come nearby. That and the stun is only three seconds, not very long. Yeah hearing someone say it's overpowered would make me go and ask, would you mind explaining in detail how it overpowered? For i would be interested in hearing why they think it's overpowered.

I did. You were asking if any one else believe it was op. Who played killer. So i was going over the logic as to why it not a very powerful perk. I don't recall saying you, yourself were saying it was op. Just that it sounds like it would be very questionable for someone to say it op. Now i might of worded my post badly, so that would be my fault. More like yes i was agreeing with your original post, that yes head on is fine and not overpowered.

And you are saying that bbq is op and discordance, next you will say that every killer is op, the OP is asking if other killers think head on is OP, in other words he uses it but a killer complained that it was op, read first bud before mentioning killer perks, because this post isn't even talking about killer perks

I don't think Head On is OP if you know how it works. The basement lockers are just outside of range to prevent you from hooking someone down there. Once you get whacked a few times you tend to learn about it. Example when you see a downed survivor near a locker you check the locker first. Like how you face a wall when picking up a survivor because someone has a flashlight.

I don't personally care about it because I'm probably one of the few killer players who runs the locker exposed perk....but um....if you wanna give me the insta down by going into a locker I'm all for it.

I don't find it OP, but it is one of the most annoying perks to deal with in the game. I personally hate the perk because it gives no kind of heads up and plus, I can never get the perk to work when I use it

like are you FR? and Discordance? don't work on gens together once you know they have it. I've seen you pop up so much on posts ranting about how killer is OP and whatever, and jesus christ are you biased. and I know you're gonna respond with either a paragraph about times you had trouble against killer or something we ALL agree needs a nerf, or a short maybe sentance or 2 statement that doesn't debate and just acts as an excuse to ignore the post. place your bets everyone, which one will they choose? betting starts at 5$ a person.

Distortion needs a buff. 3 tokens isn’t enough if you’re looking at it from a viable way of countering aura reading perks. It’s more of an informational perk to give you a hint at what the killers using. Lockers aren’t always convenient. Someone’s clearly upset here. It’s not me.

I agree, distortion needs a buff. I never said it was viable, just a strat. and lockers are almost everywhere, but even if your in a dead-zone, use the other 3 counters I gave, 2 of those require nothing to be around and the other require a gen. and yeah, never said you were upset I said you were biased. and yeah i'm upset, but (at least for the start) I did provide actual ways to counter BBQ, and there are probably more. and sorry folks, betting is off, It was neither. no refunds though.
and yeah I showed a bit too much anger in my post, sorry. I should have used a calmer method.

No but every single post is another person whining about a survivor perk that’s already so situational and/or limited on uses that it kind of upsets me because killers have so many perks that stack easily and change the momentum of the game or just get a lot of use. With a lot of Survivor perks it’s just not the same.

The other two still allow your aura to be seen though. I’m sorry but I’ll have to disagree on the other two options. You’re just not slick in this game unless you’re a blendette on a map that has bushes and dark corners 😂 which is only swamp, yamaoka and dead dawgs.

let me explain
it's about whats around you. if you are near a gen or something important like a door, it is best to use a locker so that the killer won't damage the gen or guard that door more heavily, and instead get him after someone else. but, if A: no lockers are around, or B: there isn't anything importent around, you may wanna feed misinformation to the killer by making him go somewhere you aren't actually at, as this can give more time then usual as he will go away from you, giving you the chance to open the door, unhook your amigo, or finish a gen. or whatever else you're doing. maybe you're cleansing DH or NOED, who knows. certainly not the killer, because he thinks you're the opposite direction, or are AFK. you can also judge how long BBQ lasts with the scream of the survivor (while on hook, the survivors scream often lasts the same as BBQ) so not knowing when it ends is no excuse. but, of course, these are just suggestions. you can try them, or don't. doesn't matter to me. see you in the fog.

It's extremely annoying. I know I hit the open locker button, so why the ######### are you stunning me?! Give me my ######### grab you mess of a game! I actually had a moment where I actually opened the locker (I could see the Survivor inside) and then the game canceled it out in favor of the Survivor stunning me. ######### like that really pisses me off.
I'm also not sure how I feel about being able to weaponize lockers. I know that a lot of people like being able to stun the Killer using a locker, but getting inside a locker is supposed to be extremely dangerous and could lead to your death.

Head On is weird.
- It gives the survivor invincibility for the entire time the Perk is activated.
- There's no counter to Head On if the killer couldn't make it to the survivor within those 3 seconds.
- The counter is either to wait 30 seconds for a Crow to appear, or do your best to down the survivor.
- It's not OVERpowered, but there is no counter to the unsuspecting killer.

There's also faking coming towards the locker to bait it out but I swear I get hit by head on when I'm on the other side of the map sometimes.

It has a huge stun hitbox after they fixed/reworked/buffed it.

The counter could be when a head on gamer is in a locker the doors expand to reflect the hitbox making the locker a strange triangle shape that takes up half the killer shack

Head on on Solo is weak, on SWF is madly annoying with Quick & Quiet. I had 3 games counter 3 Head on.
The only Killer can counter such thing is...Spirit. I was able to kill some Head on spammer sound noti just to die on hook when I phrase walk. The main reason why I like Spirit.

Like someone else said when you got hit one time you start to check the nearby locker before you grab someone its just a perk you need to think about

Nah no OP but pretty annoying specially when there are the bully SWF with Head on. As always most perks of survivors are fine but when they sinergyze em is very annoying and unfair.

Head on is a fine perk i think, it has good uses, but its not nearly op. there are swf that try to abuse it, but even they can´t pull it off regulary. But its really nice to make a save through it.

You might Head on my huntress once solo, i'm fine with that - thx for the lols.
But against coordinated SWFs it can be really annoying when they loop you arround locker areas.
Esp. when they going down right in front of lockers and you have to check them before picking up.

To be fair, if there was someone in a Locker, you have two Hooks at this point. I would totally trade checking Lockers next to downed people (if I dont open them by accident anyway, lol) for a potential down without any effort.

Yeah, I have read it from other people already that Head On is OP, but well, it is not. Players are risking to get insta-downed just for a 3 second Stun which does not give that much distance. Saves should also be easy to avoid as Killer, just go a long way around Lockers or dont pick up people in front of Lockers without checking them.

The thing is, it's all about time. Even seconds adds up as killer.
And yes, you can kinda expect it when you have a Jane in game.
Just think about DS, Inner, Quick & Quit + Head on... That's not a build you will enjoy going against.

i dont think its OP, but it can be very annoying.
Especially when its used with a 4 man SWF. i think if thats the case it can (only if they use it correctly) be a little too strong, especially when they use it to stun you during chases all the time.
like, there is no way for you to know someone is in that locker, but thanks to their comms they know - and they'll make sure to loop you around that locker...

As a devoted head on gamer, I feel personally offended by this and you will be hearing from my lawyer soon.
But in all seriousness no head on is not op. Its a fun perk that has its use but playing solo it's far from strong. Facing a swf yeah its annoying but sometimes you take the stun then easily down them after because they used their resources anyway. It's just a gimmicky perk that people like to use.

I actually really enjoy facing people with Head On. It's a fun perk and it's a good break from having to deal with Dead Hards for distance. Anyone claiming that Head On is OP is either bad at the game or very new.
